K dispozici je mimo jiné bazén, sauna a vířivka, což je výborné na relax a pokec s ostatními :) Vše je dovoleno, nic není přikázáno :) Friendly and clean environment with very nice owners and visitors. There is also a swimming pool, sauna and hot tub available, which is great for relaxing and chatting with others :) Everything is allowed, nothing is ordered :)

Personál a majitelia sú top Návštevníci vek celkovo 45 až 60 rokov. Sem-tam sa nájde aj mladší pár. Prostredie Je ako na chate alebo niekde na rodinnom dome. Niekomu to môže vyhovovať niekomu nie ja, osobne som viacej za prostredie kde je viacej atmosféra odosobnena. Pre páry ktoré idú prvýkrát na takýto typ akcie neodporúčam ísť priamo hneď do tohto klubu. Možno neskôr áno. Čistota super avšak prostredie trošku ako niekde na chate. I will not be as critical as some. I am writing this criticism to others for knowing what it is like. Staff and owners are top visitors age 45 to 60 years in total. Here and there a younger couple can be found. Environment It's like a cottage or somewhere in a family house. Some may find it convenient for someone not me, personally I am more for an environment where more atmosphere is depersonalized. For couples who are going to this type of event for the first time I do not recommend going directly to this club. Maybe later. Cleanliness super but the environment a bit like somewhere in the cottage.

Skvělá výřivka, sauny, bazén, výborný bar a mají espressovač za který by se nemuseli stydět v italské kavárně. Rozhodně doporučuji....Musím doplnit že všechny negativní reakce které tu jsou tak pocházejíá od jednoho člověka. Nadělal si spoustu ůčtů na google a snaží se vilu poškodit. Vím o něm z doslechu, byl vypovězen za to že obtěžoval ženy, chtěl se prát, opíjel se a celkově se choval jak naprostý imbecil. Absolutely exclusive and relaxing place. The owners will welcome you and actively participate in the events. There is space and a very pleasant and especially non-smoking environment. Great whirlpool, saunas, swimming pool, excellent bar and have an espresso machine for which they would not be ashamed in an Italian cafe. I definitely recommend .... I must add that all the negative reactions that are here come from one person. He made a lot of google accounts and is trying to damage the villa. I know about him by hearsay, he was fired for harassing women, he wanted to wash, he got drunk and overall he acted like a complete imbecile.
T	Tomáš Hrdlička on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto fantastický klub :) Prostředí nové, moderní a čisté. Majitelé skvělý, milý a v pohodě lidi kteří vám po příchodu vše vysvětlí. A podobné zkušenosti můžu říct i o společnosti která se zde schází. Úplně normální, fajn parta lidí. Celkově návštěva předčila mě očekávání... Nikdo tam na vás netlačí, neobtěžuje a je opravdu jen na vás jestli se připojíte k jinému páru, budete se věnovat sobě nebo prostě jen kecat a pít oblečení ve společenské místnosti, nikdo vás tu opravdu soudit nebude, doporučuji každému kdo chce zkusit něco nového :) Absolutely fantastic club :) New, modern and clean environment. The owners are great, nice and cool people who will explain everything to you upon arrival. And I can say similar experiences about the company that meets here. Absolutely normal, nice bunch of people. Overall, the visit exceeded my expectations ... No one there pressures you, doesn't bother you and it's really up to you if you join another couple, take care of yourself or just chat and drink clothes in the common room, no one will really judge you here, I recommend to anyone who wants to try something new :)
M	Miroslav Savula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělé místo na odreagovaní a odpočinek a tady ti zhrzení co dávají jen jednu hvězdu, jsou lidé, kteří tam obtěžovali ostatní, tak byli majiteli vyhozeni, byl jsem u toho. Vila je úžasné místo chodíme tam často a občas se prostě stane, že tam někdo děla bordel ale to hned majitelé zasáhnout a takového potížistu vyhodit pro blaho ostatních, pak mají jednou možnost mstít se tady falešným jménem a psát špatné recenze... ubohé A great place to relax and rest and here the lovelorn who give just one star, there are people out there who harass others and the owners were thrown out, I was there. The villa is a wonderful place we go there often and sometimes it just happens that somebody was doing a mess there but the owners immediately hit it and throw out such a troublemaker for the welfare of the others, then once they have the opportunity to take a false name here and write bad reviews ... pathetic
J	James Dean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to a party expecting way more, but found out a house with the host nearly wearing pajamas (the party had a dress code, but didn't seem to apply for the owner). The owner welcomed us and ask us emphatically to communicate with the rest of guests (?). The whole place reminded me of those hostels where you have the kitchen to prepare yourself a coffee, etc. Everything seemed too 'familiar' and many people there seemed to be a bunch of friends. A beautiful girl came to the party and was asked to wear a towel because she was wearing jeans, but another one (seemed to be friend of the owner) came 1 hour later, also with jeans, and was allowed to enter like that without problems (women were supposed to wear a dress that night). There was nothing 'luxurious' in this place like I read somewhere, nothing glamorous. Considering it is far in the outskirts of Brno, travelling until there is not worth it. We left after one hour. 50 EUR totally wasted.
