Letos jsme si zamluvili apartmán a když jsem týden před ubytovanim psal jestli to tedy opravdu platí, odpoveděli mi, že rezervace nebyla predplacena, ačkoli mi pri domluvě na ubytovani bylo řečeno, že platit mohu až na místě a že byla ještě ke všemu domluvena na jiný den. Pro přiště bych ocenil možnost telefonní komunikace, v připadě nejasností tel. komunikaci a ne, že mi tyden pred ubytovanim, kdy si sam zavolám sdělí, že žadnou rezervaci nemám.
