P	Petrina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel facilities were very new and modern - smart TV in room, well-equipped gym, comfortable working space beside lobby with printers and games room. All soaps/toothbrushes/vanity kits are provided upon request at the reception. Breakfast has a decent spread of meat, fruits, cereal and bread. The staff is also very kind and friendly, especially Mikulas from reception. Hotel is also very eco-friendly with recycling bins in the room itself. The only downside is that water or boiling kettle is not provided but you can get bottled water from the vending machine (for 30czk).

We booked 3 rooms for 6 people but when we came to the reception they said there was no booking and they gave us an option with double price. The manager was very rude and unhelpful. We ended up looking for an accomodation until late … Very disappointed Try to avoid this hotel. Do not recommend
M	Mustafa Sadedil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve booked the rooms via Booking.com with €630, but they unnecessarily converted the price to CZK with a higher rate. So we had to pay €690. I’ve stayed at three other different hotels in EU last week. None of these applied this cheap trick. Please be aware when you make payments. Edit after the hotel's response: - Nobody warned us about this legislation (we also had € in cash) - Is your legislation dictates the higher exchange rates? - You've just bought the "1-star review" with this €60 difference. I hope you will learn not to cheat customers.
