★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatná zkušenost. Majitel při odjezdu naúčtoval 4000,- za energie za 4 dny pobytu na konci října, žádná extra zima nebyla. Bylo to 42 Kč za kubík plynu. Zaplatili jsme, důvěřovali jsme, ostatně ceny se v této době skutečně podstatně měnily a nikdo z nás ceník plynu v hlavě neměl. Majitel ale tvrdil, že mu ceny stouply jen mírně. Na pozdější žádost o doložení naúčtované ceny se ale jen dlouze vykrucoval a nedoložil nic. Pak přestal komunikovat úplně a nic nevrátil.
S pánem se špatně řešily i další věci - například wifi za celý pobyt nebyl schopen opravit, ale vytrvale nám tvrdil, že jemu funguje.
Nepříjemné byly i jeho formulace typu "pusťte si někdy televizi" nebo "svůj ceník energií vám posílat nebudu, najděte si to na internetu" nebo "pošlete mi to e-mailem, přes SMS ani nevím s kým mluvím".
Ubytování i pozemek jsou spíše průměrné, ale vstřícný, snaživý a hlavně chápavý majitel by tomu hrozně přidal. Bohužel současný majitel takový opravdu není.
Navíc odhaduji, že nás obral o cca 2000 Kč - a pokud ne, tak nás o tom nedokázal přesvědčit, i přes naši velkou snahu (cca 10sms a 7 mailů).

We paid, we trusted, after all, prices really changed significantly at this time, and none of us had a gas price list in our heads. However, the owner claimed that his prices had risen only slightly. However, at a later request for proof of the charged price, he only came out for a long time and did not prove anything. Then he stopped communicating completely and returned nothing.
Other things were also badly handled with the master - for example, he was not able to repair the wifi during the entire stay, but he persistently told us that it worked for him.
His formulations such as "sometimes watch TV" or "I will not send you my energy price list, find it on the Internet" or "send it to me by e-mail, via SMS or I do not know who I am talking to" were also unpleasant.
Accommodation and land are rather average, but helpful, hardworking and especially understanding owner would add terribly. Unfortunately, the current owner really isn't like that.
In addition, I estimate that he robbed us of about CZK 2,000 - and if he didn't, he couldn't convince us of that, despite our great efforts (about 10sms and 7 emails).
