★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centrum turystyczne w którym obsługa nie zna ani Angielskiego ani Polskiego. Miła obsługa, można kupić mapy i pamiątki. Niedrogo. Przy centrum znajduje się parking oraz przystanek skibusów umożliwiających dotarcie do nieodległych resortów narciarskich
 A tourist center where the staff knows neither English nor Polish. Friendly service, you can buy maps and souvenirs. Cheap. At the center there is parking and a ski bus stop which reach the not distant ski resorts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha šílenost. Takové zaměstnance s takovým chováním bych hnala. Hlavně pán evidentně vůbec nemá pracovat s lidmi, když se neumí chovat k zákazníkům. Šílená zkušenost.
Handling madness. I would drive such employees with such behavior. Especially the master obviously doesn't have to work with people at all when he can't treat customers. Crazy experience.

Rental and information center in one. Nice staff who will be happy to advise. Rental of skis, cross-country skis, sledges. Ski service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infocentrum na náměstí mělo zavřeno v době, kdy mělo být otevřeno (i dle otvírací doby na vstupních dveřích). Více lidí tato skutečnost překvapila, neboť nás před infocentrem čekalo poměrně dost. Arogantní jednání zejména ze strany pánské obsluhy. Při výměně peněz jsem neobdržela žádný doklad, ačkoliv jsem si o něj řekla. Opět arogantní jednání obsluhy. Sem už nikdy.
The information center on the square was closed at the time it was supposed to be open (also according to the opening hours at the front door). More people were surprised by this fact, because there was quite a lot of us waiting in front of the information center. Arrogant behavior, especially from the men's staff. I did not receive any proof when exchanging money, although I asked for it. Again, the arrogant behavior of the staff. Here never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem velmi spokojený, pěkné udržované informační centrum, kde najdete všechno co potřebujete. Dáma za pultem byla velmi ochotná. Dozvěděl jsem se od ní, že informační centrum vzniklo v roce 1990 a bylo vůbec první informační centrum pro turisty v tehdy Československé republice. Klobouk dolů, přeji hodně dalších let.
I was very satisfied, nice maintained information center, where you will find everything you need. The lady behind the counter was very helpful. I learned from her that the information center was established in 1990 and was the first information center for tourists in the then Czechoslovak Republic. Hat down, I wish you many more years.
