★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mě jedno z nejkomplexnějších malých vinařství, které jsem zatím poznal. Proč? Protože i když má Petr Plchut velmi širokou odrůdovou skladbu, má každé jeho víno velmi vysokou kvalitu i vlastnosti odpovídající danému druhu i dané jakosti. Ne nadarmo již za svá vína posbíral i několik zlatých oceněních, mj. ve Valticích a Litoměřicích.
Za pozornost stojí např. jeho hibernal, sylván, tramín (včetně výběru z bobulí), chardonnay i dornfelder. V roce 2019 se můžeme těšit také na bílý baryk.
Jeho další výhodou je spolupráce s Vinařstvím Zikmund, kde se mohou konat degustace i posezení pro velkou skupinu lidí (včetně firemních team buildingů) včetně ubytování v novém moderním penzionu v klidné okrajové části mutěnického sklípkového areálu Búdy.
For me, one of the most complex small wineries I've ever met. Why? Because even though Petr Plchut has a very varied variety, each of his wines has very high quality and qualities corresponding to the given species and given quality.
