★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartment was clean. Staff was welcoming and spoke good English. Location is good as you can get to downtown and main sights in 10 min walking. Well connected especially to Florenc bus station. It is situated in an old building so the appartment layout is a bit unconventional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a booking with them. 7 days before our reservation (for my wife and I) my wife had to undergo emergency and unplanned heart surgery.
I tried to cancel our reservation 5 days before our reservation and although I understand their rules don´t let them return any cancelled reservation they can allow it.
They did not care.
Sadly this place is managed by insensitive people :( There are rules. And then there are situation that require a little bit of empathy.
I would never recommend this place to anyone then.
