G	George Chiriac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no lo recomiendo. en absoluto!Tenia una reserva para el 8 de diciembre de este año ,y debido al aumento terrible de casos. covid y la nueva variante se cancelo el evento al que teniamos que asitir ,por lo tanto les pedi un cambio de fechas ,un bono para una futura reserva ,o el reintegro ( me da igual ,una de las 3 opciones ) y ni siquiera me han contestado ! Teniendo en cuenta que es una situacion excepcional ,provocada por una pandemia ,no entiendo como no son capaces de gestionarlo de otra forma y quedarse con el dinero de un cliente que no podra asistir ,y no por voluntad propria .Eso dice mucho de la atencion que dedican a su clientela .Me siento muy decepcionado y practicamente ëstafado¨! I do not recommend it. not at all! I had a reservation for December 8 this year, and due to the terrible increase in cases. covid and the new variant, the event we had to attend was canceled, therefore I asked for a change of dates, a voucher for a future reservation, or a refund (I don't care, one of the 3 options) and I didn't even have answered! Taking into account that it is an exceptional situation, caused by a pandemic, I do not understand how they are not able to manage it in another way and keep the money of a client who will not be able to attend, and not of his own free will. That says a lot about the attention that they dedicate to their clientele. I feel very disappointed and practically cheated!

Lokalita je v centru,takže jsem nemusela používat auto ani městskou hromadnou dopravu. Personál je bez chyb a vždy k dispozici. Jakýkoliv nedostatek se vám snaží vyřešit okamžitě. Doporučuji všem kdo není náročný !!! I finally found accommodation without stairs !!! Very important for older people. The rooms and especially the toilet are really clean !!! The location is in the center, so I didn't have to use a car or public transport. The staff is flawless and always available. They try to solve any shortcoming immediately. I recommend to anyone who is not demanding !!!

Staff très réactif joignable par WhatsApp. Petite cuisine permettant de préparer un minimum. Quartier relativement calme même si la proximité des fenêtres avec la rue au rez-de-chaussée laisse passer le son des noctambules. Je vais ajouter cette adresse dans mes favoris. New and clean apartments very well located in Prague 1 less than 500 m from Náměstí Republiky on foot. Very responsive staff reachable by WhatsApp. Small kitchen allowing to prepare a minimum. Relatively quiet area even if the proximity of the windows to the street on the ground floor lets through the sound of night owls. I will add this address to my favorites.

A due passi dal centro e vicino ai mezzi pubblici, zona tranquilla. Consigliato ?? We stayed at the Vincanto from 26/12 to 30/12. Great accommodation, clean, warm and spacious rooms. Excellent hospitality and courtesy. A stone's throw from the center and close to public transport, quiet area. Recommended ??

Molta cura dei dettagli, soprattutto è strutturato per l'accesso ai disabili. Personale gentilissimo e preparato, sempre pronti a risolvere ogni esigenza del cliente. Arredamento stile minimal ma molto curato, prezzi ragionevoli. Consigliatissimo. I loved the place, because it is centrally located and the rooms are very clean. Much attention to detail, especially it is structured for access for the disabled. Very kind and trained staff, always ready to solve every customer's need. Minimal but well-kept furnishings, reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
