★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Znáte ty vtipy o ochutnávkách pro Pražáky? Tak to přesně je toto báječné vinařství. Pan majitel se neobtěžoval ani připravit sklep včas, takže nás nechal 20 minut mrznout venku.
Po té dalších 40 minut uvnitř, protože čekal na jakysi zájezd Rakušáků bez něhož ochutnávku odmítl začít. Nikdo nakonec nepřišel, ale aspoň každému vnutil zakoupení karafy jako základ (mimochodem což bylo jedno z degustovanych vin).
Samotná ochutnávka byla k smíchu, o každém víně přesně tři věty, z nichž první byla pojmenováním odrůdy.
Kvalita vín prostě průměr. Příště už si před výběrem sklepa necháme poradit.
Dvě hvězdy za to, že je pan Čerňák zajisté dobrý podnikatel...
 Do you know the jokes about tasting for the Praguers? That is precisely this wonderful winery. Mr. owner did not bother to prepare the cellar in time, so he let us freeze outside for 20 minutes.
After another 40 minutes inside, as he waited for a tour of the Austrians, he refused to begin the tasting. Nobody finally came, but at least forced everyone to buy a decanter as a basis (by the way, which was one of the tasting wines).
The tasting itself was funny, exactly three sentences of each wine, the first of which was the name of the variety.
The quality of wines simply average. Next time we have advice before choosing a cellar.
Two stars for being Mr. Čerňák certainly a good businessman ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když jsme přijeli do Mikulova, hledali jsme autentický sklípek. Ne každý naplnil naše očekávání. Ale u pana Jožky jsme našli krásné místo, kam se budeme vždy vracet. Vřelost, pohostinnost, přátelství. Nádherný sklípek s venkovním posezením a výhledem na Svatý Kopeček (v našem případě i s magickým úplňkem:))
When we arrived in Mikulov, we were looking for an authentic cellar. Not everyone met our expectations. But we found a beautiful place with Mr. Jožka, where we will always return. Warmth, hospitality, friendship. A beautiful cellar with outdoor seating and a view of Svatý Kopeček (in our case also with a magical full moon :))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když jsme se na podzim vrátili do Mikulova, ani jsme netušili, že čirou náhodou narazíme na tento nádherný sklípek. Úžasná rodinná atmosféra, skvělé vínečko a překrásné prostředí sklípku. Pokud ještě zavítáme do Mikulova, rozhodně nevynecháme návštěvu u pana Jožky Čermáka!
When we returned to Mikulov in the autumn, we had no idea that by chance we would come across this beautiful cellar. Amazing family atmosphere, great wine and beautiful cellar environment. If we still visit Mikulov, we will definitely not miss a visit to Mr. Jožka Čermák!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were just passing by and came across jozky cermaka "vinny sklep". We were just about to go back to a hotel room but the option of a "quick glass of wine" came up. We stayed here for a couple of hours enjoying a great chat, great wine and great atmothere! Recommended!

The owners doesn't speak English, only Czech and German, and they are super friendly.
The wine is great and they are many options and it's all locally made. The price is also very good.
I recommend coming before dark so you can admire the view of the city.
The is also a very good vibe with old traditional music on the background.
Def recommend! We discovered it on our way to the tower ruins
