L	Lucie Sosvorová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásná vinotéka v centru Kolína s velkým výběrem vín ze kterých si vybere opravdu každý. Paní majitelka je velmi milá dáma, která vínům opravdu rozumí a přesně ví co se ve které lahvi skrývá. Doporučuji absolvovat ochutnávku několika vín přímo ve vinotéce, zažijete skvělý večer a ke každému z ochutnaných vín uslyšíte poutavé vyprávění nejen o tom kde a jak se víno pěstuje :) Beautiful wine shop in the center of Cologne with a large selection of wines from which everyone can choose. Mrs. owner is a very nice lady who really understands wines and knows exactly what is in each bottle. I recommend tasting several wines directly in the wine cellar, you will have a great evening and for each of the tasted wines you will hear an engaging story not only about where and how the wine is grown :)
K	Katerina Teplá on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělá vinoteka s naprosto výbornou majitelkou, která ví o vínu snad vše. Vždy mi doporučí vína taková, která mi chutnají. Jezdím kvůli ní až z Prahy. Opravdu ráda tam nakupuji, kromě skvělých vín, která majitelka všechna vyzkoušela, takže nenabízí nic špatného, mají i luxusní nabídku sýrů a stacenych vín. Rozhodně se tam zastavte, odejdete hodně spokojeni! Great vinoteka with absolutely excellent owner, who knows about wine almost everything. I always recommend wines that I like. Because of her I drive from Prague. I really like to shop there, in addition to great wines, which the owner has tried all, so they offer nothing wrong, they also have a luxurious selection of cheeses and bottled wines. Definitely stop there, leave very satisfied!

Nice selection, the opportunity to taste the wine, the lady likes to talk, one learns about the wine and what she does not know. You can sit down and have a good cheese.
K	Kristýna Kunclová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při reklamaci na zkažené víno se paní chovala opravdu velice nevhodně - klasická korková plíseň, nebyla jsem ani naštvaná/nepříjemná a prostě jsem čekala normální výměnu. Paní dostala pomalu hysterický záchvat a řvala na nás, že v normálním obchodě by nám to přeci také nevyměnili (což ze zkušeností není pravda). Padali i narážky na můj věk typu až budete starší a budete mít vlastní podnik tak uvidíte. Dokud bylo vše v pořádku tak byla paní milá a do obchodu jsem chodila ráda, ale tohle byla zatím moje absolutně nejhorší zkušenost s chováním v obchodě. O záměnu obchodu se opravdu nejedná - nemohu reagovat na odpověd paní majitelky (viz. níže) tak to aktualizuji zde. When complaining about spoiled wine, the lady behaved really badly - classic cork mold, I was not even upset / unpleasant and I was just waiting for a normal exchange. The lady slowly had a hysterical fit and shouted at us that in a normal shop they wouldn't exchange it for us either (which is not true from experience). There were also allusions to my age type when you are older and you will have your own business so you will see. As long as everything was fine, the lady was nice and I liked going to the store, but this was my absolute worst experience with the behavior in the store so far. This is really not a change of business - I can't respond to the answer of the owner (see below) so I update it here.

Vína na svaraka bych tady nehledal....tedy ani jsem se nepokousel... :-) Satisfaction for me. Pleasant staff who are happy to advise. The opportunity to take home what you really like and what you like. I wouldn't look for svarak wines here ... so I didn't even try ... :-)
