★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give them more stars. David and Kristyna are so wonderful. I had a previous visa agent before them, and I really wish I had gone to them first. They came to all my appointments to make sure someone was there to translate for me. They were very knowledge and walked me through the whole process. And just so nice. I absolutely recommend them and will use them for my visa renewal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved them! They're so helpful and on top if everything. I really didn't want to go to any office alone after having done that in the past and they were so helpful. I changed my visa from a partnership visa to a zivno after I broke up and Dave/Kristina were so helpful and were one of the few offices that were willing to take on my situation (and not charge an arm and a leg). I shopped around a lot before finding them, and they are really worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted this company to complete my tax return; Dave was super communicative at first but once I'd paid for the service it was so much harder to get hold of him. I had to contact him multiple times to remind him to complete the tax return; when I said that I would get a charge for filing it later I just got a "meh, ah well" - I ended up signing the papers at a tram stop near his flat (!) So glad I didn't trust them with something like Visa services - which would be a complete waste of money. I wouldn't trust the positive reviews here or on their website. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am halfway through my VISA process and am living in Prague and I have found Dave and Krystina to be on top of things and responsive to my questions. The price was very affordable and especially when it comes to the parts of the process where forms are in Czech and Czech websites are concerned---they are lifesavers. When I showed up once during the process to an embassy, because I did as asked (getting all the paperwork on my end) they had done the forms and I quickly in and out, and on to the next step. Its nice to just get a text saying, " bring this, do this, and you can pay the fee by card at this office," rather than hoping based on google and goverment websites that you are prepared. 6 Stars!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got their site from a reliable source but they are obviously not active on there neither do they respond to emails. Emails sent more than two weeks ago are yet to be replied till date. The three star is for the fact that they came highly recommended by someone who's quite remarkable
