Everything was fine, but the entrance to the salon was not in Korunní 53, but from the side from the side street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento kosmeticky salon jsem si vybrala na zaklade dobrych recenzi, nicmene moje zkusenost zde je naprosto otresna. Koupila jsem jako darek tri vouchery kazdy v hodnote 1000, z cehoz jeden voucher byl v lednu 2020 vycerpan, tedy "uznan" (kosmeticke osetreni) a zbyle dva vouchery nechteji uznat, mam pry dolozit uctenku (vouchery jsou kupovala v cervenci 2019).
I chose this beauty salon based on good reviews, however, my experience here is absolutely appalling. I bought as a gift three vouchers, each worth 1000, of which one voucher was exhausted in January 2020, ie "recognized" (cosmetic treatment) and the other two vouchers do not want to be recognized, I have to prove my receipt (vouchers are bought in July 2019).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salon je velmi krásně moderně vybavený, personál je opravdu milý a ochotný, a proto jsem se po celý čas procedury cítila velice příjemně. I předchozí domluva byla naprosto bez problému a velmi vstřícná ze strany salonu. Určitě salon doporučuji a budu ho dále navštěvovat.
The salon is very beautifully equipped with modern equipment, the staff is really nice and helpful, so I felt very comfortable throughout the procedure. Even the previous agreement was completely without problems and very accommodating from the salon. I definitely recommend the salon and I will continue to visit it.
