O	Ondra Pao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nákup proběhnul bez problémů, nevhodný formát vstupenky, má obyčejná tiskárna nedokáže vytisknout vstupenku v celém rozsahu. Spodní část QR kódu a čárového kódu nemám vytištěnou, obsah příliš zasahuje do spodního okraje. The purchase went smoothly, the ticket format is inappropriate, an ordinary printer has not been able to print the ticket in its entirety. I have not printed the lower part of the QR code and the bar code, the content extends too much into the lower edge.
R	Radim Valcha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po delší době chci opět upozornit na podvodné chování této společnosti. Doposud, téměř 2 roky od původního termínu koncertu Gorana Bregovice nemáme peníze zpět. TicketLive se stále vymlouvá a stále "papouškuje" stejné argumenty. Nebylo mi však doloženo, že s pořadatelem komunikují. Po výzvě o dodání kontaktu mi dodali pouze veřejně přístupné info z justice.cz - zapomněli však dodat, že pořadatel sídlí na VIRTUÁLNÍ adrese. Mohou se sice schovávat za covidová pravidla o akcích, vědomě však uzavřeli obchod (a možná i podvod) se společností, kterou nelze nijak kontaktovat či případně sankcionovat, protože si obsílky nevyzvedne. Dle našeho právníka jsou spoluúčastníkem trestného činu podvodu a proto vyzývám všech dotčené osoby, aby se k nám přidali v hromadné žalobě proti pořadateli i TicketLive. After a long time, I want to draw attention again to the fraudulent behavior of this company. So far, almost 2 years since the original date of the Goran Bregovice concert, we have no money back. TicketLive is still making excuses and still "parrots" the same arguments. However, it was not documented to me that they were communicating with the organizer. After the call for contact, they only provided me with publicly accessible info from justice.cz - but they forgot to add that the organizer is based at the VIRTUAL address. Although they may be hiding behind covid's stock rules, they have knowingly entered into a business (and possibly fraud) with a company that cannot be contacted or sanctioned because they will not collect the summons. According to our lawyer, they are involved in the crime of fraud and therefore I call on all persons concerned to join us in a class action against the organizer and TicketLive.

Pokud bych se sama po 40 dnech neozvala a nenapsala poté dalších 5 emailu, tak věřím, že na platbu mámim ještě dnes! Absolutely appalling approach when refunding the payment! The website states that the payment will be refunded within 30 days. If I did not contact myself after 40 days and then wrote another 5 emails, then I believe that I have the payment today!
M	Matej Sobota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ak by bolo možné dať 0 hviezd, tak by som to mile rád spravil. Po zrušení akcie Létofest dorazil email o možnej refundácií za zakúpené lístky. Od schválenia požiadavku (27.12.2021), s informáciou, že do 14 dní budú peniaze na účte, peniaze stále nedorazili. Po opakovaných emailoch, výhovorkách a posúvaniu lehoty na refundáciu som k dnešnému dňu (6.2.2022) peniaze neobdržal. A to už som dostal od zamestnanca informáciu (2.2.2022), že všetky vratky už boli poslané a peniaze by som mal mať na účte. Nikdy viac cez túto spoločnosť. After repeated emails, excuses and postponement of the refund period, I have not received any money to date (6.2.2022). And I have already received information from the employee (2.2.2022) that all returns have already been sent and I should have the money in my account. Never again through this company.
P	Petra Varadova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již rok čekáme na vrácení peněz za vstupenky zrušeného koncertu. Ať už napíšeme e-mail nebo zavoláme, nikdy se nám nedostane žádných informací. Neustále papouškují dokola - momentálně Vám neřekneme žádné informace. Na co tedy na té telefonní lince někdo sedí? To tam může být rovnou automat, protože se člověk stejně nic nedozví. Když chci kontakt na někoho s kým to vyřeším, tak ho nedostanu...takže bezvýchodná situace. Jak píše pán níže, pořadatel na nějaké virtuální adrese, dovolání nemožné... Řešení tedy žádné. Takže můžeme čekat třeba do smrti nebo se smířit s tím, že peníze za lístky už neuvidíme. Katastrofální jednání a komunikace ze strany této společnosti. We have been waiting for a refund for the tickets of the canceled concert for a year now. Whether we write an e-mail or call, we will never receive any information. They are constantly parroting around - at the moment we will not tell you any information. So what is someone on that phone line for? There can be a machine, because you don't know anything anyway. If I want to contact someone I can deal with, I won't get them ... so hopeless. As the gentleman writes below, the organizer at some virtual address, an impossible appeal ... So no solution. So we can wait until death, for example, or accept that we will no longer see the money for the tickets. Catastrophic behavior and communication by this society.
