Řeší asi pouze luštěniny a brokolici, květák... The taste is better than with Healthy Eating, but unfortunately in the program for breastfeeding mothers there is onion and garlic in almost every meal. It probably only solves legumes and broccoli, cauliflower ...
T	Terry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S VitalBoxem jsem zatím moc spokojená. Udělala jsem si testovacích 5dní a teď jedu první měsíc. Jídlo je fakt dobré, kvalitní a hlavně různorodé. Sama bych si denně rozhodně nenavařila tolik různého jídla a svačinek a hlavně mi to šetří čas doma. Sice nevím jak se to stalo, ale mám 3kila dole, možná spojeno se snažením před krabičkovou stravou ale výsledek tam je:) a taky se více hlídám o víkendech. Rozhodně mohu doporučit:) So far, I am very satisfied with VitalBox. I did a 5 day test and now I'm going for the first month. The food is really good, high quality and most importantly varied. I would definitely not cook so many different meals and snacks every day, and most importantly it saves me time at home. I don't know how it happened, but I have 3 kilos downstairs, maybe connected with trying before the box diet, but the result is there :) and I also watch more on weekends. I can definitely recommend :)
K	Kateřina Martincová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na krabičkovou stravu Vitalbox jsem se velice těšila, věřila jsem ve kvalitu zaručenou dvěmi osobnostmi světa fitnesu, které sleduji na instagramu, bohužel jsem byla po týdnu zklamaná. Snídaně a svačiny (a často i večeře) byly dobré a chutné. Obědy bohužel nikoliv - největší problém vidím v tom, že většina jídel byla zcela suchých - bulgur, rýže a jiné sypké přílohy s masem bez jakékoliv šťávy opravdu nelze téměř pozřít. Navíc - např. kvalita rýže byla zcela tristní, rýže byla oschlá a rozvařená. Naopak musím vyzdvihnout sladké pokrmy - ty dá se říci neměly chybu. Celkově bych shrnula, že krabičky neurazily, ale nenadchly a bohužel pro horší kvalitu hlavních jídel si je již znovu určitě neobjednám. Mám srovnání konkurenčních krabiček od mnoha kolegů (i jsem ochutnávala) a Vitalbox je bohužel zatím na posledním místě. Co se týče servisu, byla jsem celkově spokojená, poslední pátý den jsem však dostala v tašce s mým jménem krabičky někoho jiného, což samozřejmě také nepotěšilo. I was very much looking forward to the Vitalbox box diet, I believed in the quality guaranteed by two personalities from the world of fitness, which I watch on the instagram, unfortunately I was disappointed after a week. Breakfast and snacks (and often dinner) were good and tasty. Unfortunately, not lunches - the biggest problem I see is that most of the dishes were completely dry - bulgur, rice and other loose side dishes with meat without any juice, you really can hardly eat. In addition - for example, the quality of rice was completely sad, the rice was dry and boiled. On the contrary, I must highlight the sweet dishes - you can say they did not make a mistake. Overall, I would summarize that the boxes did not offend, but did not inspire, and unfortunately due to the poorer quality of the main dishes, I will definitely not order them again. I have a comparison of competing boxes from many colleagues (I also tasted it) and Vitalbox is unfortunately still in last place. As for the service, I was generally satisfied, but on the last fifth day I received someone else's box in a bag with my name, which of course did not please me either.
S	Svetnicka M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mě teda krabičky chutnají a těším se vždy na každé další jídlo! Nemám hlad a ani chuť na sladké, navíc ušetří čas k vaření takto pestré stravy. So I like the boxes and I'm always looking forward to every other meal! I'm not hungry or craving for sweets, in addition, it saves time to cook such a varied diet.

R	Radim Kučera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S manželkou jsme si objednali jídla od Vitalboxu a musím říct, že jsme byli poměrně zklamaní. Na to, jak jsou tyto krabičky na IG doporučované, tak jsme čekali mnohem víc. Vůbec nerozumím, proč se na začátku vyplňuje dotazník, kam žena uvedla, že nemůže sníst kousky rajčat, a pak skoro v každém jídle byly kousky rajčat (plýtvání jídlem, opravdu). Téměř všechny jídla byly bez chuti. Prostě hmota. Abychom byli fér, tak výjimečně některá jídla byla docela OK (především obědy a večeře, ale svačina snad nebyla poživatelná ani jedna). Za nás obrovské zklamání oproti očekáváním a ceně, která je vzhledem k výsledku hodně vysoká. Určitě nebudeme dále objednávat ani doporučovat. My wife and I ordered food from Vitalbox and I must say that we were quite disappointed. We expected much more for how these IG boxes are recommended. I don't understand at all why a questionnaire was filled out at the beginning, where the woman said she couldn't eat pieces of tomatoes, and then there were pieces of tomatoes in almost every meal (wasting food, really). Almost all dishes were tasteless. Just matter. To be fair, exceptionally some dishes were quite OK (especially lunch and dinner, but the snack was probably not edible at all). A huge disappointment for us compared to expectations and the price, which is very high due to the result. We will definitely not order or recommend further.
B	Barbora Koníčková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velké zklamání! Nedoporučuji. Po prvním dni jsem si nechala vrátit peníze. Na webu vše krásně vyfocené, skutečnost zcela jiná. Na krabičkách uvedeno, že snídaně obsahuje žitný chleba, zadny ale v krabicce nebyl. Na zákaznické lince mi bylo sdeleno, ze ten se dava jen do krabicek s vyšší kalorickou hodnotou, ne do krabicek na hubnuti. Pomazanka byla uplne tekutá, šlo ji jen vypít. K obedu gnocchi, k veceri knedlíky, ale snidane bez chleba...co na to říct? Kdyby ubrali sacharidy na obed nebo veceri, v pohode lze snidat chleb, ne jen trosku zeleniny a jedno volske oko. Dá se zdravě hubnout i s mnohem větším množstvím jídla a lepším slozenim než nabízí ve svých krabičkach Vitalbox (vlastní zkušenost). Jediné pozitivum této firmy je vstřícný, milý zákaznický servis i kurýr. Big disappointment! I do not recommend. After the first day, I had my money returned. I was told on the customer line that it is only put in boxes with a higher caloric value, not in boxes for weight loss. The spread was completely liquid, it could only be drunk. Gnocchi for lunch, dumplings for dinner, but breakfast without bread ... what can I say? If they take away carbs for lunch or dinner, you can eat bread, not just a little vegetables and one bull's eye. It is possible to lose weight healthily even with a much larger amount of food and better composition than Vitalbox (its own experience) offers in its boxes. The only positive of this company is the helpful, kind customer service and courier.

Byla jsem nadšená, když se Vitalbox dostal i do HK, nicméně musím říct, že jsem zklamaná. Chuťově jsou jídla hodně průměrná. Některá nedochucená, některá přesolená. Co mě ale vždy překvapí jsou porce. Vyplnila jsem dotazník, kde jsem uvedla, jak moc v týdnu cvičím ( kardio i silové tréninky), vždy se mi dostane mini porce, která výdeji nemůže odpovídat. Dostat ke svačině např. zelný salátek, který nemá tak vysokou kal. hodnotu a k večeři pláteček masa a 6 mini kousků brambor? I dítě by dostalo větší porci. Pokaždé jsem hladová. Zajímavé je, že když si jídlo vážím a zapisuji do kalorických tabulek, porce mám mnohonásobně větší a i tak hubnu. Přes 100g bílkovin s Vitalboxem za den do těla určitě nedostanu. Porce jídla mohu porovnat i s jídelníčkem od E. Krausové, kdy jsem je kolikrát nemohla ani dojíst. Vitalbox jsem objednávala několikrát, ale již nebudu. I filled out a questionnaire, where I stated how much I exercise during the week (cardio and strength training), I always get a mini portion that can not match the expenditure. Get a cabbage salad, for example, that does not have such a high sludge. value and for dinner a slice of meat and 6 mini pieces of potatoes? Even a child would get a bigger portion. I'm always hungry. It is interesting that when I weigh the food and write it in the calorie tables, my portions are many times larger and I still lose weight. I definitely won't get over 100g of protein with Vitalbox a day. I can also compare portions of food with the menu from E. Krausová, when I could not even finish them many times. I've ordered Vitalbox several times, but I won't.
