Telefon jsme koupili jako darek k Vanocum a po rozbalení nefunkcni. Reklamace neuznana, ze tam pry nasli nejakou kapalinu. Telefon byl navic jak detska hracka z plastu.

We bought the phone as a gift to Vanocum and unpacked after unpacking. Complaints not acknowledged that there they have found some liquid. In addition, the phone was like a child's plastic toy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Prodávají starší repasované telefony jako nové. V mém případě byla v telefonu stará baterie a další součástky. Poznali jsme to až po kontrole telefonu v autorizovaném servisu.
Not recommended. They sell old refurbished phones as new. In my case there was an old battery and other parts in the phone. We recognized this only after checking the phone in an authorized service center.

Prodali mi telefon Apple iPhone, který prezentovali jako nový, reálný stav byl repasovaný starý s použitím neoriginálních dílů (záda telefonu, displej, baterie...). Při reklamaci došlo k opravě opět neoriginálními díly a kvalita telefonu nestála za nic.

They sold me an Apple iPhone, which they presented as a new, real state was remanufactured old using non-original parts (phone back, display, battery ...). The complaint was repaired again unoriginal parts and the quality of the phone was worth nothing.

Od samého začátku nefungoval (přehřívání, sekání sotwaru, ztracení kapacity baterie) Reklamace velmi složitá, balíček posílán na dvakrát, než ho byl někdo schopen přijmou. Reklamace se vrátila bez nabíječky a problém nebyl vyřešen a naopak se problém zhoršil.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Purchased iPhone X. It did not work from the very beginning (overheating, chopping software, loss of battery capacity) Complaints very complicated, the package was sent twice before someone was able to accept it. The complaint was returned without a charger and the problem was not resolved and the problem worsened.
