★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdyz prijdete s čímkoli z čeho nekouká provize pro obsluhující, odpoved bude "to si můžete udělat i sama" případně "pošlete to poštou" kdyz chcete nahlasit jakoukoli změnu na obchodnim miste, aby jste nemuseli skenovat dokumenty (treba nemate sken)... Vybaveni maji. Ale chybi vule chtít pro zakaznika neco udělat. Jsem u Vodafonu temer 9 let a ted poprvé jsem potrebovala zařídit změnu na pobočce.

But there is a lack of will to want to do something for the customer. I have been with Vodafone for almost 9 years and now, for the first time, I needed to arrange a change at the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operátor nepomůže, pobočka má výpadek a když odjedete v domnění, že si příště zavoláte, taky chyba, telefony se tady nezvedají.
2 pobočky v MB a je jedno kdy voláte, jak dlouho, nikdo nezvedá, nikdo zpátky nezavolá.
Nepřehledná samoobsluha taky nefunguje, ani druhý den.
To máte jako výpadek 2dny? Tak to vzdejte,když už je to v takových sra.kach!!!
