★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme na pobočce kvůli převodu majitele účtu a velkým zklamáním pro nás bylo chovaní paní na přepážce. Na studentský tarif jsem měl obdržet slevu 1000kč na telefon a další slevy. Když jsem se na to zeptal, tak koulela očima a byla arogantní s tím, že nárok rozhodně nemám. Potom, co jsme se o tom dohadovali a říkal jsem, že mi to řekli u nich na zákaznickém centru se došla zeptat kolegy, který potvrdil, že slevu 1000kč samozřejmě mám. Nicméně mi na pobočce nabízeli telefon k tarifu za 2001kč a na infolince mi jej nabízeli za 1kč k prodloužení smlouvy. Nyní jsem vše vyřídil na pobočce v Praze během pár minut s příjemnou a emocionálně obdařenou paní. Telefon jsem na pražské pobočce obdržel za 1kč ke smlouvě. Na tuto pobočku nedoporučuji, pokud si nechcete kazit den.
 We were at the branch due to the transfer of the account holder and a big disappointment for us was the behavior of the lady at the counter. For the student tariff, I should have received a CZK 1,000 discount on the phone and other discounts. When I asked, she rolled her eyes and was arrogant, saying I was definitely not entitled. After we argued about it and I said that they told me at their customer center, she came to ask a colleague, who confirmed that I have a discount of CZK 1,000, of course. However, at the branch they offered me a phone for a tariff for 2001 CZK and at the infoline they offered it for me for 1 CZK to extend the contract. Now I have handled everything at the branch in Prague in a few minutes with a pleasant and emotionally gifted lady. I received the phone at the Prague branch for CZK 1 with the contract. I do not recommend this branch if you do not want to spoil the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní sice milá, ale k tarifům, které jsem předělávala, mi nabídla Tv. Řekla jsem, že nemám zájem a ona mi řekla, že bude k tarifům zdarma. Teď mi přišla upomínka na 800,- za měsíc...a k televizi se nemůžu připojit!!!
Mrs. nice, but for the tariffs that I redesigned, TV offered me. I said that I was not interested and she told me that it would be free with the tariffs. Now I get a reminder for 800, - a month ... and I can't connect to the TV !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poprvé jsem byla na pobočce T-Mobile v Olympii v MB, podruhé jsem šla radši sem, do Bondy, a byla jsem spokojená. Milá slečna, vše srozumitelně vysvětlila, vše udělala, jak jsem chtěla. Potřetí jsme bohužel opět zavítali do Olympie, kde to byla jedna velká katastrofa, tak jsem problém, který mi v Olympii způsobili, šla řešit sem. A opět jsem byla velmi spokojená! Jednoznačně doporučuji, mně vždy vše vysvětlili, rychlé jednání, milé vystupování, super!
The first time I was at the T-Mobile branch in Olympia in MB, the second time I preferred to come here, to Bondy, and I was satisfied. Dear young lady, she explained everything clearly, she did everything the way I wanted. Unfortunately, for the third time we visited Olympia again, where it was one big disaster, so I went here to solve the problem they caused me in Olympia. And again I was very satisfied! I definitely recommend, they always explained everything to me, fast action, nice demeanor, great!

A smaller store that is plenty. I went there with a request and I was resolved quickly. Nice staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na prodejně jsem byla před několika dny a musím říct, že velké zklamání. Než došlo k vyřízení mého požadavku, dostala jsem několik nabídek na nesmyslné služby, které mě vůbec nezajímaly. Když jsem obsluze několikrát zdůraznila, že mě nabídka nezajímá, pohrdavě zareagoval a byl arogantní. Asi bych i tyto věci přešla, ale nejvíce mě dostalo oblečení konzultanta, aby mě někdo obsluhoval v teplákách mi přijde, jako vrchol neúcty k zákazníkovi. Konzultant vypadal, jak když si odskočil od televize. Příště dám zase šanci Olympii, kde má prodejna i konzultanti úroveň.
I was in the store a few days ago and I must say that a big disappointment. Before my request was processed, I received several offers for nonsensical services that did not interest me at all. When I emphasized to the staff several times that I was not interested in the offer, he reacted contemptuously and was arrogant. I probably would have gone through these things as well, but most of all I got the clothes of a consultant so that someone would serve me in sweatpants comes to me as the peak of disrespect for the customer. The consultant looked as if he had jumped off the television. Next time I will give the chance to Olympia, where the store and consultants have a level.
