Dragon Internet is a long-term and mainly reliable Internet provider in Mladá Boleslav and its surroundings, it is known. What you pay here, you are guaranteed to get! As for the connection speed, my personal occasional check is always full speed according to the tariff. We didn't have that with previous mobile providers. The problem was that mobile operators offered speeds such as "AŽ" of 25 or 50Mb / s, but that was the maximum they were not even able to guarantee !!! The standard was 2.5Mb / s and, depending on the weather, even less, which is unusable for a modern household! We have had the Internet at Dragon for more than 5 years. Therefore, men evaluate according to their own experience. Simply put, we are satisfied :) Keep it up! Now, after another year of using the Internet since the last review, I take the liberty of sharing my own experience: So the first thing I have to pick up is the increased speed in 2021 for the basic tariff from 50 to 100mb / s without increasing the price !!! Gentlemen, no mobile operator in this Republic will give you this! And I still have to say that I don't really know the term "Internet outage" unless it's planned. But even here you will receive information in advance by email. On my own initiative- (since we live in a godforsaken village) I was also interested in connecting with 5G with mobile operators. And here again I came across its- (to the point of crying) limits: download 50Mb and upload 5Mb- (ping 20) and I note that again they are not even able to guarantee! Mainly that they will pay for it .. Of course, if you live in Prague or Brno, the situation will probably be a little different. Thanks in advance to the Guru for this information: / Somehow I don't understand the negative contributions about outages and related problems. Clearly, if you have a microwave connection through the microwave, there may be a failure for a variety of reasons. However, it is important to call the hotline immediately and the Dragon handles this with the utmost urgency. The Dragon does not exist so that the customer does not have the Internet. This is Alpha and Omega's approach to this type of service delivery. They have a NONSTOP (24h) line for solving anything. Unfortunately, if you reset the (delete) router somewhere late in the evening, no operator on the line will help you. Your router needs to be reset, ideally by a technician who understands. To conclude, this year. Guys, don't be lazy- (don't waste money on poor and slow internet connections) and call Draco for information on providing internet. Despite the fact that they increased the speed of the microwave connection last year by up to 100%! They are simply innovating technologies and outperforming the competition. If the Dragon can do that in your locality, you have won. I enclose a print-screen from my home Wi-Fi so I don't cook out of the water here. I would also like to add that Fibernet makes Drak's optical networks: Thank you Fiber for optical cables without which it would not be possible to connect at speeds of up to 1Gb / s! So far, mobile operators can dream of this type of connection for another 10 years ... and even if they get there sometime in the distant future, I believe that they will have a nice price to pay for it. Good fast internet without outages, even with TV and archive for only 528 CZK. Alone for 378 CZK. If something gets stuck, they will help on the weekend, if they know what a mistake it is.
