★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příšerná pobočka, tam už nikdy více. Nechali mě s 5ti letým nemocným dítětem čekat kvůli zákazníkovi co si hrál s notebookem a telefonem na jedinné firemní přepážce hodinu a půl. Kdykoli jdu kolem, mají tam fronty lidí. Chudáci zákazníci O2
 Terrible branch, there never again. They left me with a 5-year-old sick child waiting for an hour and a half for a customer playing with a laptop and a phone at a single company desk. Whenever I go by, they have people queues there. Poor O2 customers

za mě super. Obsluhoval mě nějaký Ondra (vysoký, hubený kluk, cca 18-23let).
Šel jsem tam nespokojený se službami a taktikou, že budu hrát zlého policajta. Nicméně jsou narazil na jistého Ondru a to bylo něco. Odcházel jsem s více/lepšími službami za stejné peníze.
Jednání pracovníka bylo velmi korektní. Sotva jsem vkročil do prodejny, hned se mě ujal. S ničím se nemazal a šel rovnou k věci.
Nehodnotím prodejnu, jen "prodavače". A ten byl opravdu TOP...
Nechť má více spokojených zákazníků. :)

great for me. I was served by an Ondra (a tall, thin boy, about 18-23 years old).
I went there dissatisfied with the services and tactics of playing the evil cop. However, they came across a certain Ondra and that was something. I left with more / better services for the same money.
The worker's behavior was very correct. As soon as I entered the store, he immediately picked me up. He didn't mess with anything and went straight to the point.
I do not rate the store, just "sellers". And he was really TOP ...
Let him have more satisfied customers. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel velmi nespokojen se "vstřícností" jistého pána, snad i vedoucího pobočky, po otázkách typu jestli O2 řeší problém s nedostatečným připojením v mé oblasti jsem byl odkázán na technickou podporu, se kterou již bylo několikrát řešeno. Po této informaci mi pán nebyl ani ochoten říci, zda se na odstranění problému pracuje nebo bude pracovat.
Když jsem pánovi oznámil, že s takovými službami se zřejmě brzy rozloučíme, pokrčil rameny a pouze souhlasil.
Při konfrontaci, že je mu to zjevně jedno pouze odvětil "to je".
Zjevně se nemohl dočkat až si bude opět moci sednout na "teplé a vysezené" místo za svým stolem a brouzdat dále díky zajisté rychlému připojení, kterého se nám, platícím zákazníkům nedostává.
Alespoň ty zákaznické linky a technická podpora jsou vstřícné, nicméně na prodejny zjevně berete kohokoliv.
Unfortunately, very dissatisfied with the "helpfulness" of a certain gentleman, perhaps even the branch manager, after questions such as whether O2 solves the problem of insufficient connection in my area, I relied on technical support, which has been addressed several times. After this information, the gentleman was not even willing to tell me whether work is being done or will work to eliminate the problem.
When I told the gentleman that we would probably say goodbye to such services soon, he shrugged and only agreed.
Confronted that he clearly didn't care, he just replied "it is."
Apparently he couldn't wait to be able to sit in a "warm and well-seated" place behind his desk again and continue browsing thanks to the fast connection, which we, the paying customers, don't get.
At least the customer lines and technical support are helpful, but you obviously take anyone to the stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slečna či paní nedokázala můj požadavek vyřídit na místě, což bych ještě pochopila, že se může stát. Slíbila, že to zjistí, druhý den mi zavolá a novou SIM zašle kurýrem. Ani jedno z toho se nestalo, prostě se na mě vykašlala! Absolutně nedoporučuji! Btw, stejnou službu mi pak u růžové konkurence zvládli zřídit do 10 minut.
The lady or lady was unable to process my request on the spot, which I would still understand could happen. She promised to find out, the next day she would call me and send a new SIM by courier. Neither of these happened, she just coughed at me! Absolutely not recommended! Btw, they managed to set up the same service for me within the pink competition within 10 minutes.
