Jistý pan Urban, který má patrně na starosti část sortimentu podlah mi po telefonické domluvě přislíbil, že mi do týdne pošle kalkulaci, super jen je to již 3 týdny a nic. Jestli má firma více takových zaměstnanců tak to s ní půjde asi z kopce. In any case, I do not recommend contacting this company regarding the floor. Zásadně nedoporučuji tuto firmu vzhledem k negativnímu postoji k reklamaci, která nadále bude probíhat. Podlaha (dřevěná plovoucí podlaha jasan stockholm) dělá od předání bytu velmi nepříjemné lupavé a praskavé zvuky a dodavatel situaci hodnotí jako běžné zvuky dané typem pokládky a volbou přírodního materiálu s očekáváním zmírnění v čase (zatím se to pouze zhoršuje). Za mě je naprosto nesmyslné dělat něco tak, že vím že to bude špatně. Pokud vím, že volně ložená plovoucí dřevěná podlaha bude dělat ve větších místnostech takovéto zvuky, tak ji tak přeci nepokládám. If I know that a loose floating wooden floor will make such sounds in larger rooms, then I don't consider it that way.
