★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozný přístup, dlouhé fronty a čekání. Poté mi lhali, že u nich nelze podat výpověď a že výpověď smlouvy lze jednoduše zadat ve Vodafone samoobsluz, což není pravda. Ničemu nerozumí.
Terrible attitude, long queues and waiting. Then they lied to me that they could not be terminated and that the contract could simply be ordered at Vodafone by self-service, which is not true. He doesn't understand anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogantní vystupování a neochota personálu, do telefonu podávají nepravdivé informace- pozvou Vás na prodejnu, že zboží mají skladem a na prodejně Vám řeknou ,že není -no a? Tak klidně odstupte od smlouvy je to jedno !!! Když chcete poradit tak Vám řeknou že snad máte eshop, že nejsou mezisklad nebo snad prodejna !!!Jsem rozčarován jednáním zaměstnanců u takové mezinárodní společnosti. Rozhodně nedoporučuji pokud si nechcete nechat hořkost a zklamání z této pobočky.
Arrogant demeanor and reluctance of the staff, they give false information on the phone - they will invite you to the store that they have the goods in stock and they will tell you in the store that it is -no and? So feel free to withdraw from the contract it doesn't matter !!! If you want advice, they will tell you that perhaps you have an e-shop, that they are not an intermediate warehouse or perhaps a store !!! I definitely do not recommend if you do not want to leave the bitterness and disappointment of this branch.
