P	Petr Kloucek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible!!! I asked them for a contract for 24 months (2 phone numbers and internet connection for home). They started charging me full price but they didn't set up the service according to the contract. It basically means they started charging me more than as it had been agreed. So that I have decided to cancel the contract (they offer 30 days trial period). But they didn't want to receive my request, all the Vodafone stores said that I have to do it via a phone call. On the phone they told me to do it in a store. Then finally I found a store where they accepted my printed out cancellation request. This happened 9th April. The SIM cards were transfered to another provider but the problem is still with the internet. Today it's 26th May and the internet at home is still on even if in the cancellation I asked for "immediate cancellation of all services". Moreover according to the contract the price for internet connection was 199 CZK, but they are charging me 399 CZK. And still it's not all! Last invoice I received is for over 1200 CZK. To recap all - 47 days ago I asked for cancellation of the internet for 199 CZK, but I still have it on for the price over 1200 CZK. Be careful, in this country do NOT sign any contract which is not needed!!! I reported them to the Czech Telecommunication Office (Cesky Telekomunikacni Urad) - I am really curious, how they will help me.

D	Dwayne Rice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful people. Knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about meeting your needs, even if it means less money for them. Better than O2, or T-Mobile, in my opinion. Give them a try.
S	Sebastian Stormorken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer of sorts (through acquired UPC). Got SMS claiming to be from Vodafone saying for Christmas I can get a free upgrade of internet for a month. I'm suspicious this is fake (or at least want to know if there are any conditions/terms), and want to contact customer service to verify. When hitting option for English, I still get update voices in Czech... When saying I am a customer, and trying to type in any relevant information I have, I get notified this information is incorrect (even if all information claims I can contact Vodafone as UPC customer, info sms is from Vodafone(!)...). Eventually I figure there is an option for "You are a UPC customer", but this option just makes the call hang up. I tried 3 times, same result each time (about 2 seconds after choosing option, call gets disconnected)... When I finally chose "I want to be a new customer", I'm stuck in waiting music for 30 minutes... Not acceptable...
V	Vostan Shishmanyan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vodafone is the worst in terms of customer friendliness. Needed a tariff for a month and can find no information on cancelling the tariff. Called them few times and the call reps are “busy” the online bot doesn't understand simple commands. Need to go to their office to cancel a tariff.. ridiculous! By the way, got overcharged with no proper info on bill regarding the extra charges..
O	Oleksii Pashentsev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst mobile operator. The worst app, it just does not work and times when it does, UI/UX is awful. Sorry is not helpful and that's if you lucky to find how to contract them.
L	Lucie Kučerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommend it at all unless you wanna be woken up at night (most probably between 2am and 4 am) on a regular basis! And they even tried to justify it. Unbelievable!
