Every questions was met with ‘já nevim’ klauni! Kde je manažer? Acting in the shop like it’s a circus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible rude employee, went there cause I am changing residence and I will have UPC coverage but the shop assistant was unbelievable impolite.
I went away after I asked if he would speak English and he just replied: "NO!, thanks"............??????? Exactly in this order. Nice customer service!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are okay - typical Vodafone stuff. However the sales people here did not make me feel welcome. They were very curt and unpleasant and on top of that incompetent. They were not able to answer contractual or technical question related to a new Internet contract in an understandable way. Very sad, considering that you are bringing new business to them - they didn't seem much interested in making it a successful sale. I had much better customer experience with O2 recently and would recommend to everyone to compare the offers and the service before deciding on the spot.

Every time, I have to come back to this office again and again and fix everything. This is about my SIM card.
And about the home Internet. It is impossible to use the Internet with a standard modem from Vodafone. Low speed. You will not be able to watch movies and, for example, do Skype calls.
To access the Internet, you need to use a cable. And then you can watch movies and make calls.
And the main problem - Vodafone never warns that the home Internet will not work for technical reasons. It's just that one working day you discover that there is no Internet, you call support, and they say, "well, yes, it doesn't work. Nothing, you can wait."
