Máje zde vše co potřebují zaparkují a ještě a to hlavní jsou tu lidí co tomu rozumí a to je největší deviza. Jo a taky jednou ročně pořádají Welkou Wodackou pouť a to je super podnik pro zkušené i takové jako jsem já tedy nezkušené. Jo a adresa je úplně super teď jsou konečně dostupní všem. Komunikace s pánem po telefonu ale otřesná, pán protivný, strohý, rozhodně ne nápomocný, nevysvětlí, neřekne, nepomůže, komunikace stylem "ježiši vymáčkni se a nazdar", škoda. Equipment, rental and prices great, I can recommend it. Communication with the master over the phone, however, is appalling, the lord is annoying, austere, definitely not helpful, does not explain, does not say, does not help, communication in the style of "Jesus, squeeze and hi", a pity.

Zdá se, že obchod o vaše prachy nestojí - opakovaná komunikace 3x telefon, 3x e-mail, po telefonu příslíbeno zaslání faktury a dodání zboží, ale týden se nedělo vůbec nic. Nakonec jsem dojel přes půl republiky osobně, abych se dozvěděl, že loď přišla od výrobce jako II. jakost, o čemž při komunikaci nepadlo ani slovo. Nabídnuta zcela zanedbatelná sleva, nicméně nakonec jsem na podmínky přistoupil, spíše že zoufalství. A to nemluvím o tom, že jsem málem ani nedostal všechny věci, které jsem chtěl, protože část údajně byla "zamčená v kanceláři". Takže obchod opravdu nedoporučuji. Kajak bol nachystany na predajni, dostal som k nemu podrobnu instruktaz a dokonca par dobrych rad, ktore som v manuali nenasiel. Je vidno, ze personal vodacke vybavenie nielen predava, ale aj aktivne pouziva. Je super najst v obchode cloveka s realnymi skusenostami. Dokupil som aj vaky a padlo. Do emailu mi prislo potvrzeni objednavky, bohuzel, nemela prirazene zadne cislo. Po asi mesici cekani (!) jsem si zavolala o informaci o jejim stavu - za a) byl problem ji dohledat (protoze nemela cislo, to jsem v zadnem jinem e-shopu jeste nevidela, asi je to tezko best practice), a za b) mi bylo sdeleno, ze by se teprv musela objednat, a stala by 3,5 tisice! Pritom v tom e-shopu je porad k dispozici, a to s timto popisem: Kód zboží: 10.1372001 Původní cena 1990 Kč SLEVA 50 % Proste vsechno spatne, od neprehledneho webu s inzerovanym nedostupnym a chybne nacenenym zobzim , pres spatne nastaveny proces (zadne cislo), az po otresnou komunikaci.... kdybych si nebyla zavolala, tak by ta objednavka byla proste odignorovana, bez zadne zpetne vazby...
