Moc jsme ocenili ze nas informoval o moznosti lepsiho uroku a tak jsme mohli zaridit na nasi hypotece vcas lepsi urok diky cemu jsme hodne usetrili. Pracuje precizne a profesionalne. Jen doporucuji a nemam co vytknout! Takhle si predstavuji financni poradenstvi ;) I have been cooperating with Vojtech Sedlak for a long time. He helped us arrange a good mortgage on the apartment and now he helps with more. We really appreciated that he informed us about the possibility of a better interest, so we were able to arrange a better interest on our mortgage in time, thanks to which we saved a lot. Stručně: Matka samoživitelka, pracující na IČO, bez našetřených úspor, s jedním spotřebním úvěrem a pandemií, která zpřísňovala podmínky… Můj sen po vlastním domovu v nedohlednu! Jednoho večera jsem ale klikla na nějakou reklamu ohledně hypotéky (ze zvědavosti jsem to vyplnila). Druhý den zavolal Vojta. Okamžitě jsem věděla, že na druhé straně telefonu stojí muž, který nebude jen tak nějaký „Finanční poradce“. HYPOTEČNÍ SPECIALISTA! Řekla jsem mu všechno to, co jsem vypsala v úvodu této recenze. Na jeho reakci nikdy nezapomenu: „Veroniko, ale to není problém.“ Jako cože? Chápete to jo? Byl v podstatě první, který mi vrátil naději! Musím tedy uznat, že jeho trpělivost je k nezaplacení :). Nazvala bych se „absolutním úředním negramotem“, takže jsem mu práci ani trochu neulehčovala. Svěřila jsem mu důvěru a nelituji. Zbavil mě nevýhodného úvěru, zlevnil pojistky, srovnal mě, co se týkalo financí, naučil chápat úřady… A nakonec? Do pár měsíců jsem měla svůj krásný pozemek u lesa, jen 20 minut od Prahy a stavím si vysněný domeček! HYPOTÉKU JSEM TOTIŽ DOSTALA! Děkuji, děkuji, děkuji!!! Should I recommend Vojtěch Sedlák? YES! UNIQUE YES! In short: a single mother, working at the ID number, without saving savings, with one consumer loan and a pandemic, which tightened the conditions… My dream after my own home in the distance! But one evening I clicked on an ad about a mortgage (out of curiosity, I filled it out). The next day, Vojta called. I knew immediately that there was a man on the other side of the phone who wouldn't be just a "Financial Advisor." MORTGAGE SPECIALIST! I told him everything I said at the beginning of this review. I will never forget his reaction: "Veronica, but that's not a problem." Like what? Do you understand that? He was basically the first to give me back my hope! So I have to admit that his patience is priceless :). I would call myself "absolute official illiteracy," so I didn't make his job any easier. I have trusted him and I do not regret it. He got rid of bad credit, cheapened insurance policies, compared me in terms of finances, learned to understand the authorities… And finally? Within a few months I had my beautiful land near the forest, only 20 minutes from Prague and I am building a dream house! I ALSO GOT THE MORTGAGE! Thank you, thank you, thank you !!!

When we decided to get a mortgage he took care of all the paperwork and negotiations of the best % with banks. He speaks fluent English which was an added bonus for us. The whole process took just a few weeks and was relatively painless considering that it’s a big financial operation. Thanks a lot!
