Situated in good location for lunch during hiking. Probably better then eating at Labska Bouda. Tasty livance (pancakes) with blueberries & mascarpone sauce.

Summer or winter, this is an expensive, but very convenient spot. For the novices of mountaineering the beauty of the place stems from the fact, the bus can get you there directly from Jilemnice. And from Vrbatova bouda, one can reach places on the hilltops of the Giant mountains relatively easily - please, mind the suitable shoes, bottle of water, sugar and a windstopper is a proper first aid kit for the visitor.

Very good cuisine, busy during weekends, but we got place. Last order at 15:30.

Good beer, nice outdoor sitting. We haven't tried food though, because we wanted to go to Labská bouda - what a terrible mistake! We should have stayed here instead. One star down due to missing card payments.

Really bad turist trap, avoid! - low quality food and overpriced. Walk just several kilometers down e.g under Medvedin hill and you'll find much much better quality, bigger portions for half the price. On top, bad system that you have to wait for the food at the counter where people return dirty dishes, without any order number, people are taking someone's else food... and for a "parek" you have to wait 15min in the crowd.

They are open, they have a nice selection of drinks and normal Czech meals that you can expect in a place like this, we had a nice birrell and pancakes that were delicious, bring a windbreaker through as the outdoor seating did get a bit chilly. Overall the staff were nice and the food was good.

After a nice walk we arrived at the restaurant. We had a quite traditional meal which was lovely. We paired the meals with some beers and paid 700kr for 4 people which we, coming from Western Europe, seemed pretty cheap. The view is breathtaking although sitting outside can be a bit frisky when there is not a lot of sun and a decent wind.
