By far the very last shop in Prague! Incredibly unfriendly staff. When asked if they could please speak to us in English, we got annoyed reactions. The door to the patient was locked so we could not learn anything about her health status. We did not receive any information from the staff and we did not speak to the patient herself. We have never seen anything so outrageous and unprofessional. Absolutely not recommended!

VFN ENT is a tragedy, but I will not pretend that the whole hospital is humus. Just because the only VFN ENT does not describe waiting times. 1. They refused to give me a CT examination, they filled the waiting period until the last day and after half a year of waiting for their counseling center, where the visit lasts 5-10 minutes, as a busy father, I long ago forgot what was half a year ago. 3.MUDr. After 6 months (September 11), Kaňa could not read from the first and last report what was going on, he did not know why I was irradiated on CT, nor could he interpret the current state of health. Only during the second contact with him (November 21) he wrote and explained the result of CT, but the reason why I was there on March 3, 2017 was no longer. He even admitted that he didn't know what the waiting times for xy were and had never seen their own website. :))) moron But it very quickly updates conferences, seminars, internships, international meetings of doctors and others on the web. It suits him, not clients (non-doctors) 4.MUDr. Ráthová on ENT - March 2017: She made me go for CT imaging. I argued that I have a lot of X-rays. They cannot do it on a CT examination (a house 20 m from the ENT) without a paper request in 2017. I waited a total of 9 months for a 5-minute visit, when all participants did not know what was going on after such a long wait. - reportedly never seen the websites of VFN ORL and VFN (waiting times) - She didn't tell me today why I had to go to CT. In Radio VFN. - during another three random visits to the ENT VFN with bleeding, when she was one of the two serving doctors, she refused to treat me with a system of ignoring. I waited (24.10.2017) from 11:40 to 14:10 and nothing happened, the bleeding on the floor stopped. - If he leaves someone with a restrictive hearing problem, a swollen palate and breathing waiting months-years without warning, then he is a really bad doctor. 5. ENT Emergency They refused to treat me. I'm not doing anything criminal and they left. 11/16/2017, MUDrc. They replied 20 times that they would treat me when I pressed all the buttons on the phone in front of them and they would see that it was switched off and I would put it in my pocket (where it would not fit in my seat). Voe is a cell phone service, not an emergency. At such a distance (half the surgery to the wall of the waiting room through two doors) they could only see that his head was on his neck. At the FNKV where I took a taxi, I waited 5 minutes for 15-20 minutes, they performed tests to see if I had a bacterial or viral infection, stopped the bleeding from the nose with an electric probe, wiped my neck with iodine, and the next day was a great relief. 6. MUDr. Irena Jílková read my anamnesis to someone on the phone, that everyone heard it in the hallway, read it to people who were in the hallway (RSZ, PČR) and then she gave people who were waiting for someone at the door (RSZ, PČR, MP ??) a few letters from my health card. Killed season waiting unnecessarily, go to private, if you include waiting, dirt, falling plaster VFN ORL and so on, then it will be cheaper there.
