★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OSVC - potreboval som sa nahlasit ako OSVC pre platbu zdravotneho poistenia - cakal som cca 30 minut v rade (streda 12:20). Pani na prepazke bola velmi napomocna, poskytla mi vsetky potrebne informacie a mala velmi pozitivny pristup.
Self-employed - I needed to report as a self-employed person for the payment of health insurance - I waited for about 30 minutes in a row (Wednesday 12:20). The lady at the counter was very helpful, provided me with all the necessary information and had a very positive attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes, ač už se podává daňové přiznání, jsem nestála žádnou frontu a za přepážkou byla velmi příjemná slečna. I na úřadech jsou jen lidi a bývají příjemní.
Today, although the tax return is filed, I did not stand any queue and behind the counter was a very nice lady. Even the authorities are just people and are pleasant.

Což se nedá říct o pobočce u grandu, odkud mě sem stále posilali
