★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud dorazíte na tuto pobočku, určitě nechoďte k přepážce paní Ivany Böhmové, paní je velice arogantní, neochotná a nepříjemná a už od pohledu vidíte, ze si mysli, ze je ředitelka zeměkoule. Tato madam si zjevně neuvědomuje, ze je na pozici řadového administrativního pracovníka, který by zkratka měl umět pracovat s lidmi.

Během roku bude prý probíhat propouštění úředníků, tak snad se pak zde něco změní...
Great reluctance of VZP officials. They approach the self-employed as if they had to serve them. And it should be exactly the opposite.
