L	Lubomír Krupka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jako úvalský rodák a milovník dobrého piva nemůžu místní pivo hodnotit jinak než na výbornou. Po Klasické 11% / 12% která pro někoho může mít specifickou chuť a hořkost, pravidelně chodím na pivní speciály APA 11°, IPA 13° a Heffe Weizen 11°, které mají bohatou pěnu a nikdy nezklamou. Na čepu bývají i sezóní speciály, např. Berliner Weisse, New England IPA, Vienna Lager, Russian Imperial Stout a můj nejoblíbenějši Weizenbock, který byl na čepu pouze jednou a od té doby ho prosebně vyhlížím :’) Výčep je samoobslužný a pro někoho to může být nevýhodou, ale já to jako problém nevidím. V jednoduchém menu si můžete dát něco málo k pivu, ale velkou hostinu nečekejte. Pokud čekáte klasickou kuchyni a guláš se šesti, bude lepší se najíst jinde. Uzavřel bych to tím, že pivovar často navštěvuji s rodinou a hlavně Táta, který nikdy na pivo nechodil, do Libertas chodí pravidelně, jelikož se nemůže nabažit těch chutí…na zdraví! As a native of Úval and a lover of good beer, I can't rate the local beer other than excellent. After Classic 11% / 12% which may have a specific taste and bitterness for someone, I regularly go to beer specials APA 11 °, IPA 13 ° and Heffe Weizen 11 °, which have a rich foam and never disappoint. There are also seasonal specials on the pin, such as Berliner Weisse, New England IPA, Vienna Lager, Russian Imperial Stout and my favorite Weizenbock, who has only been on the pin once and since then I have been pleading with him: ’) The bar is self-service and can be a disadvantage for some, but I don't see it as a problem. In the simple menu you can have a little beer, but don't expect a big feast. If you are expecting classic cuisine and goulash with six, it will be better to eat elsewhere. I would conclude by saying that I often visit the brewery with my family and especially Dad, who has never been to a beer, goes to Libertas regularly because he can't get enough of those tastes - cheers!

The smoked sausage they sell was also tasty. Only negative I can mention that on my second visit the tap guy tried to give me back 100 less. I explained my point in broken Czech he understood and gave back the correct amount.

The town is really close to Prague so it was super easy to find it. I bought a few bottles from the Lager ones. Great hospitality, I would like to mention Tomas and Dominika, both of them were fantastic every time I went there, thank you! Recommended! I will come back for sure.
