★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nákup musel mít jistou hodnotu, aby ho obchod vůbec odeslal (ačkoliv bych platila poštovné tak či tak), chtěla jsem tedy přihodit drobnost, ale skoro nic nebylo skladem. Telefon mi nikdo nezvedal, když jsem (během uvedené pracovní doby) volala kvůli dostupnosti zboží. Objednávka byla vyřizována pomalu, až na moji urgenci mi sdělili, že zboží mají poškozené a tak i mohou odeslat jen to, co jsem přihodila kvůli dokončení objednávky. Alespoň s vrácením peněz nebyl problém.
The purchase had to be of some value for the store to send it at all (although I would pay the postage anyway), so I wanted to add a small thing, but almost nothing was in stock. No one answered my phone when I called (during the stated working hours) due to the availability of goods. The order was processed slowly, except for my urgency, they told me that the goods were damaged and so they could only send what I had happened to complete the order. At least there was no problem with the refund.
