★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S H4U jsme uzavřeli smlouvu na výstavbu hrubé stavby. Pan Michal, který společnost fakticky reprezentuje, už od prvních jednání aktivně komunikuje a to se nemění ani v průběhu výstavby. Je obklopen zkušenými a podle toho co mohu soudit, velice šikovnými řemeslníky (zedníci, střechaři). Kromě osazení jímky a několika nesrovnalostí ohledně nacenění jsme doposud neřešili žádné závažné problémy. Na začátku jsme si stanovili, že je pro mě důležitý termín zahájení a následně dokončení prací. Za kvalitní práci jsem byl připraven zaplatit. Vše se ve vzájemné spolupráci podařilo v cenovém rámci splnit, a to je pro mě podstatné. V době kdy toto píšu máme dokončenou hrubou stavbu s jejíž výsledkem jsme s manželkou naprosto spokojeni.
We concluded a contract with H4U for the construction of a rough construction. Mr. Michal, who actually represents the company, has been actively communicating since the first negotiations, and this does not change during construction. It is surrounded by experienced and, as far as I can tell, very skilful craftsmen (masons, roofers). Apart from installing the sump and a few inconsistencies regarding pricing, we have not solved any serious problems so far. At the beginning, we determined that the date of the beginning and subsequent completion of the work is important to me. I was ready to pay for quality work. Everything was managed to be fulfilled in the mutual cooperation in the price framework, and that is essential for me. At the time I am writing this, we have completed the rough construction, with the result of which my wife and I are completely satisfied.
