T	Tonda Novotný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto firmu bych naprosto nedoporučil nikomu hned z několika důvodů. Zaprvé finální částka za odvedenou práci přesáhla tu smluvenou hned o 25 tisíc. To by nebylo tak zásadní, kdyby aspoň byla odvedena kvalitní práce. Jednalo se o osazení kachliček a sanitního zařízení(záchod, umyvadlo a vana). Kvůli snížení ceny jsme si řekli o lišty místo kamenických rohů to ale ve finále nepomohlo. Vyrovnání kachliček dělníci provedli asi tak na 7 centimetrech, což ve finále i o dos zmenšilo prostor koupelny, když to tak udělali na všech stěnách. Kachličky na podlaze osadili křivě vzhledem k vaně i stěnám a to prostě bije do očí. Navíc nechali i nedodělky jako kachličky na vrchu poličky, které se ani neuráčili dostavit dodělat dodnes. Vrcholem ovšem bylo když firmou sjednaný instalatér (nevím jestli zaměstnanec nebo externista) se vykašlal na instalaci záchodu i umyvadla a prostě přestal komunikovat a ve firmě mi řekli, že se mám dohodnout s ním osobně a nesjednali žádnou náhradu. Takže to dopadlo tak, že jsem si sanitu instaloval sám. Nakonec bych konstatoval, že jsem se s takovýmhle neprofesionální chováním nesetkal v profesním ani osobním životě a, že vedení firmy by mělo zásadně zhodnotit způsob kterým vedou byznys. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone for several reasons. First, the final amount for the work done exceeded the agreed amount by 25 thousand. This would not be so crucial if at least quality work was done. It involved the installation of tiles and sanitary facilities (toilet, sink and bathtub). Due to the price reduction, we talked about moldings instead of stone corners, but that didn't help in the final. The workers leveled the tiles at about 7 centimeters, which in the final reduced the size of the bathroom by quite a few, when they did so on all the walls. They tiled the tiles on the floor crookedly in relation to the bathtub and the walls, and it just strikes you. In addition, they left unfinished work like tiles on top of the shelf, which they did not even dare to finish to this day. The highlight, however, was when a plumber arranged by the company (I don't know if an employee or an external specialist) coughed up the installation of a toilet and washbasin and simply stopped communicating and the company told me to agree with him personally and did not negotiate any compensation. So it turned out that I installed the ambulance myself. Finally, I would state that I have not encountered such unprofessional behavior in my professional or personal life and that the company's management should fundamentally evaluate the way they run their business.
