E	Emma Bridgens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service, even worse food. The trains are exciting until the food and service ruin the experience. Our waiter ignored us all evening so took forever to get anything. Dropped my fork on the floor on accident and asked him for another one to which he said no and didn’t get me one. I had to go ask someone else. We both ordered steak and it was vile. Biggest tourist trap in Prague.. and such a let down as everywhere else we went was amazing so this place really disappointed. Oh, and it was double the price of any other meal we had. As we were leaving we heard a train topple off the tracks sending food and drink flying everywhere.

We were lucky because we came on the working day around lunchtime so it wasn’t over crowded. Stuff is really polite and nice and the trains are on time. Don’t forget to bring your tickets with you. Oh and try the beer!

We ordered a beer train first with appetizers. The goat cheese app was delicious. The other app came with the wrong thing twice but we didn't correct them a third time and just ate it. We had 2 more beers afterwards then left. Overall, a good experience!

First of all we made reservation via website, but when we came to the restaurant it turned out that is not confirmed, so we had to wait for a table 40 minutes or more. Then we have been waiting for food more than one hour (two burgers and goat cheese). Food was average, but we were so hungry that we didn't complain. Very small burgers for this price. Nice staff, with sense of humor, and of course I can recommend beer, it is very good. Good to go for fun to see railway, but for sure I will not come back any more.

I would complain that you cannot make order online or some other way then old-fashioned from a waiter. It very pricey and a lot of tourists. Make an reservation.
M	Mirosław Czerliński on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant concepts for the restaurant! Little trains ? are covering all seats around it and bringing you beers ?, kofola or meals. It's really effective service ?. In case of food you can have sausages or other food with meat. And beer ice-cream is also superb! I'm really suprise how everything is working here. And fun fact: Czechia has the densiest train network in EU.
M	Mark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On learning about this restaurant we went there for a few drinks to check it out, as we had already eaten, but planned to come back for some food. You could easily walk past it on the street and be none the wiser but when we went up the stairs we were greeted by the sight of the trains waiting at the bar to be loaded up and sent to the tables. The waiter directed us to a table and as I was unsure about the beers on offer he gave me the rundown on what they were like and seemed knowledgable. After taking our order, he saw we were there to check out the trains so offered us another table that would allow us to get better photos/videos of them delivering the orders. Unfortunately we didn't manage to return to sample the food but the couple next to us had a sausage to start and then a steak and burger which looked delicious. The only down side of the restaurant was the state of the men's toilet as I noticed that the cubicles were far from clean and thankfully I didn't need to use them. Hopefully this was a one off. If a restaurant like this was opened in the UK I'm sure it would be a hit with all the trainspotters/model enthusiasts as being neither, I really enjoyed and appreciated the novelty.

Staff don't care - we stood waiting for 20 minutes at reception and only when the line was down the stairs did someone come over despite the four bar / train loading staff looking at us. Appetizer- goat cheese with jam and cabbage was delicious. Burgers were raw in the middle. Only come here for a drink and to see the trains. Eat somewhere else.
