Approximately 3 weeks after assembly, part of the top foil was peeled off on two parts of the cover, we complained about this fact and after two emergencies (within two months) we received an answer that it is not a material defect or defective assembly and the complaint will not be accepted. replacement of the part "only for costs" which meant (over 4 000, - without VAT of which 2 600, - without VAT was transport and assembly), we were not willing to accept this and asked to visit a technician, this request was also rejected

At the branch, the sellers behave professionally, but as for the bar calculation, it's worse. At first, the promise of a calculation in 3 days, when they did not respond and I urged them, so in the next 4 days ... they have a lot, another branch in the horizons had a lot of it and they practically shuffled me like a hot potato. After receiving the calculation, I wanted the final calculation after thinking with my wife and changing the type of door and decor, and I didn't get it even after a month, and I reminded the gentleman of that. Obviously, doors for 170,000 CZK are not attractive enough for them.. Fortunately, the competition had a different approach, so I ordered the door there ...

I am satisfied, the company made us three doors and two blind frames. Mr. Paluška took care of us at the store and we were very satisfied. Mr. Rampa on focus and gentlemen on the final realization too great. I recommend the company, everything went smoothly.

Terrible business. Nothing from them again. We have doors from them throughout the apartment, including doorframes. Entrance, normal and sliding. From delivery all problems. Despite the fact that the survey conducted the company itself from the clean floor. So the doorframes had to be cut. Sliding doors do not fit completely into the case, which is said to be a defect. Ordered adjustments have not been made and do not know why. The first defects were removed after a month and a few urgencies. Two doors arched after casting that they could not close. One eventually leveled. The entrance security door swung by a centimeter at the first cool down that they could not lock. They refuse to deal with the complaint because we did not find a paper about who assembled them and whether they had training from them. Visually nice door. But the quality probably only in a block of flats and have them adjusted every year.

I would very much like to write about the door: "Buy CAG, Czech quality". But I can't. This text is written after about ten months of using the door. The order was delivered without visible defects and unfinished work almost 50 days later against the originally agreed date, due to constant complaints, which resulted mainly from poor quality delivery of door and door leaves and all door leaves had to be delivered again, including some door frame parts. The glazing of the door was made of glass with a different strength than it should have been. Visible defects passed the factory inspection !!! Minor aesthetic defects, as Mr. prokura called them, are nice to see on the company's Facebook in the posts of visitors. According to Mr. Pomahač, the scrap rate is about 3%. Why did all the scraps come together for me? But in the end it worked out and we had a door after the birth pains. Unfortunately, over time, some did not go loose. There was a slight distortion. The defect was removed as part of the complaint, but today, after another eight months, the door visibly does not rest on the door frame seal in the area of ​​the fittings. The other doors do not keep open and keep closing on their own. Resolved by a complaint ... after a week, the defect recurs. I no longer had the energy to start the eighth complaint about the order. The quality of gluing the decor to the door frame is also poor. The door frames have sharp rectangular edges that are not smoothed. All you need is a really light grip for any fabric, such as a sock or a mop, and the edge will tear off. Sure, we should have had rounded edges that probably wouldn't suffer from such ailments. But somehow you rely on Czech quality. They're not playing it for the first time. Although the salespeople at the Lhotka branch are incredibly helpful, the technicians are skilful and careful, the CAG door disappointed me immensely.
