★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like the insurance companies especially these which making money from people's health. The real Healthcare is not paid and free for every citizen. Every citizen should have equal rights and access to health care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst health insurance ever, They promised us to payback if we are canceling anytime but unfortunately they lied to us! we had it for 6 months insurance and we cancelled in 2 months and they suppose to be payback us in 1 to 3 months and recently they send a letter no payback!?.
So my advice for foreigners who wants to have health insurance at vzp try it shorter time for example less than a month not 3 or 6 months otherwise no payback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and professional staff. They have a specific clerk for non-Czech speakers but of course it helps if you can speak at least a little Czech. As with all other offices, make sure you have all your documents with you to make their lives as simple as possible and remember to be polite.
