Zákaznická podpora funguje skvěle, reagují rychle a zatím mi vždycky pomohli vyřešit jakýkoliv problém. At IGNUM I registered two domains with emails. They provide a simple website - a business card - for a free order, which is a nice extra service. Customer support works great, responds quickly and has always helped me solve any problem.

Ne zadne radoby minimalisticke mobilni rozhrani, kde je videt kulovi. Konecne mam domeny na jednom miste! Domain transfer was no problem! Super old school administration puvodni.domena.cz, which meets my expectations. This is exactly how I imagine the administration. Not any minimalist mobile interface where you can see the ball. P	Petr Svejkovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignum je snad nejhorsi registrator. Maji naprosto zastarale on-line prostredi, kde v nove verzi je jedina moznost domeny mazat misto prodluzovat. Operatori si ze zakaznicke frustrace delaji legraci a dlouhodobe se vysmivaji klientum, jsou to takovy klasicky IT ignoranti. Nekolikrat jsem se pokousel s nimi dohodnout, posilali me nekam, tak to tady maji verejne. Ignum je proste spatna volba a naprosto otresny pomer vykon / cena Ignum is perhaps the worst registrar. They have a completely outdated online environment, where in the new version the only option is to delete the domain instead of extending it. Operators make fun of customer frustration and make fun of clients for a long time, they are such classic IT ignoramuses. I tried to reach an agreement with them several times, they sent me somewhere, so they have it here in public. Ignum is just a bad choice and an absolutely appalling performance / price ratio

Jinak spokojennost. support funguje u v pozdejsich nocnich hodinnach. Stara administrace byla bombova, mene grafiky (neni potreba, je to administrace a nová je mene prehledna a vuce se musi klikat). I have been using domena.cz for more than 10 years ... Unfortunately, after changing the design of the interface, it is confusing, for me a step back. Otherwise satisfaction. support works at later night hours. The old administration was bombed, less graphics (no need, it's administration and the new one is less transparent and lessons have to be clicked).

Yes, old management WebUI was/is a bit textual, but I really like it as it does exactly what it is supposed to do! Without any malfunctioning-but-fancy useless decorations around. Clear, straight, useful, no fancy nancy.
