D	Dirk Maiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren mit Polster und Pohl dort. Die Leistung des Hotels war voll in Ordnung. Das Buffet war morgens und abends gut, die Speisen reichlich und gut. Besonders positiv fiel mir auf, dass das benutzte Geschirr richtig schnell abgeräumt und die Tische gereinigt wurden. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und sprach deutsch. Die Preise an der Bar waren gut. Unser Zimmer war sauber und angemessen eingerichtet. Der TV hatte mehrere deutsche Sender. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. We were there with cushions and pohl. The performance of the hotel was fully in order. The buffet was good in the morning and in the evening, the food was plentiful and good. I was particularly impressed by the fact that the used dishes were cleared away really quickly and the tables were cleaned. The staff was consistently friendly and spoke German. Bar prices were good. Our room was clean and adequately furnished. The TV had several German channels. We were very satisfied.

Ale to, že na jejich parkovišti musím jako jejich ubytovaný host platit denně 100Kč za auto vnímám jako neskutečnou prasárnu a nenažranost. Smaller rooms, outdated furniture - that's enough to sleep. Staff helpful. But the fact that in their parking lot I have to pay CZK 100 a day for my car as their accommodated guest I perceive as an unbelievable pigsty and greed.

Am Essen wird sich große Mühe gegeben, um den Urlaubern Abwechslung anzubieten. Also ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren. Because everything you need for a winter holiday is available. Location of the hotel, room facilities and the staff is great. Great effort is made to offer holidaymakers variety. So I will definitely go back.

Recepce a jidelna jsou mozna hezky zrekonstruovane ale duch hotelu je porad jak z dob socialismu- protivna starsi recepcni, ktera mi nejednou zneprijemnila den, k snidani tlacenka, oschle chlebicky???? Vecere jak ktery den, ale spise jak z jidelny. Z pokoju jsem byla vylozene nestastna. Jedine co muzu hodnotit je bazen, wellness hotel to ale opravdu neni. Uz nikdy bych se zde neubytovala. We were in harmony for 4 days for 14,000 with breakfast and dinner. The reception and the dining room may be nicely renovated, but the spirit of the hotel is a meeting from the times of socialism - annoying older receptionist, who often made me uncomfortable for the day, for breakfast a crush, dry bread ???? Dinner as a day, but rather as a dining room. I was unhappy out of the room. The only thing I can evaluate is the swimming pool, but it really isn't a wellness hotel. I would never stay here again.

Čistota o.k., k dispozici bazén - od 19 hod pouze pro hosty od 15 let výše, detská herna, možnost zahrát si stolní tenis, kulečník. The hotel has modern common areas, the rooms are standard, with slightly worn furniture. Unsuitable is an extra bed - a mattress located about 10 cm above the ground. Cleanliness o.k., swimming pool available - from 7 pm only for guests aged 15 and over, children's playroom, the opportunity to play table tennis, billiards.
N	Nikdo odnas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dekujeme za krasny Silvestrovsky pobyt. V roce 2021 jsme navstivili hotel dvakrat. Detem se libi moc animacni programy a bazen. Rekla bych, ze teplejsi byl ted v zime nez v cervenci. Mile mne zaujalo dobre cukrovi, ktere bylo volne k dispozici a obdivuji personal, ktery cukrovi pekl, udajne 100kg. Dale musim obdivovat personal pro ochotu, v noci na Silvestra jeste ve 2h na nohou a hned rano u snidane. Ano, pokoje nejsou top, ale my si jezdime uzivat a ne lezet na pokoji. Proto radeji vecerni zabava nez top pokoje. Jidlo dobry, idealni vyber. Mozna bych vytkla sladke tecce na zaver a sladke pecivo u snidane. Super by byly zakusky jako na Silvestra ci domaci dobroty. Thank you for a wonderful New Year's Eve stay. In 2021 we visited the hotel twice. Children really like the animation programs and the pool. I'd say it was warmer now in the winter than in July. I was very interested in the good sugar, which was freely available, and I admire the staff who baked sugar, allegedly 100 kg. I also have to admire the staff for their willingness, on New Year's Eve the night is still at 2 pm and in the morning at breakfast. Yes, the rooms are not top, but we go to enjoy ourselves and not climb in the room. That's why evening entertainment is better than top rooms. Good food, ideal choice. Maybe I'd like a sweet dot at the end and a sweet pastry at breakfast. New Year's Eve or homemade delicacies would be great.
