Moc rádi se zas vrátíme. I do not understand some negative reviews at all. We would love to come back again.
M	Michaela Kočvarová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velká spokojenost! Byli jsme s přítelem velmi spokojeni a mile překvapeni - útulné, krásné, voňavé prostředí s milou obsluhou. Perfektní domluva ohledně termínu. Vše nám bylo na místě stručně ale zcela srozumitelně vysvětleno, následně jsem byli celé 2 hodiny v naprostém soukromí. Určitě jsme zde nebyli naposled ♥️. Great satisfaction! My friend and I were very happy and pleasantly surprised - cozy, beautiful, fragrant environment with friendly staff. Perfect agreement on the date. Everything was briefly but completely explained to us on the spot, then I was in complete privacy for 2 hours. We were definitely not here for the last time ♥ ️.
D	Darth Maul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domluva hrozná. Měl to být dárek k narozeninám, ale akorát nás nehorázně vytočili. Paní v telefonu arogantní, kdy se nás snažila přemluvit, že nám volala 2x(aby si to potvrdila) a nikdo to nezvedl.. Realita, volala 1 a při zpátečním hovoru radši nepromluvila. Poté si musela odskočit a zavolat nám za chvíli..(mysleli jsme si, že svou chybu přijde napravit) Ale ne, jenom si připravila lepší výmluvu než měla předtím. Každopádně po této zkušenosti tam určitě nepůjdeme a snad té paní dojde, že když někdo jednou nezvedne telefon, tak je lepší napsat sms, pokud jsou pro vás sms nákladné, je tu i e-mail, který je zcela zdarma. A pro info.. znám spoustu lidi, kteří cizi čísla nezvedají. A terrible agreement. It was supposed to be a birthday present, but we were just outraged. The lady on the phone was arrogant, when she tried to persuade us that she called us twice (to confirm it) and no one answered. Reality, she called 1 and she preferred not to speak during the return call. Then she had to bounce back and call us in a moment ... (we thought she would come to make amends) But no, she just made a better excuse than she had before. Anyway, after this experience we will definitely not go there and maybe the lady will realize that once someone does not pick up the phone, it is better to write sms, if sms are expensive for you, there is also an e-mail, which is completely free. And for info .. I know a lot of people who don't know foreign numbers.

Menší výběr nealkoholických nápojů v minibaru kdyby to někoho trápilo :)) ale myslím si, že domluvit jde cokoli. The arrangement is great, the staff very helpful, the environment is pleasant .. there is an acronym for everything you need to relax. A smaller selection of soft drinks in the minibar if it bothered anyone :)) but I think that anything can be arranged.

Pokoj smrděl zaparenosti ale dali jsme tomu šanci a otevřeli okna,za 2400,- to přece jen tak člověk nevzdá. Ale tak smradlavou vodu ve vířivce jsem ještě neviděla!! Argument že to je ta Ostravská voda opravdu neberu. Byl to klasický smrad který je když voda dlouho stoji. I když na stránkách je psáno že si vodu můžete sami odpustit a napustit tak po dotazu jak se vypouští voda nám bylo sděleno že to nejde. Rada ať si tam dáme vonné olejicky by možná fungovala, ale kdo chce relaxovat ve staré vodě, s největší pravděpodobností již někým použitou, protože vířivka byla celá mastná. Zkažený večer za skoro 2 a půl. V smsce paní slibovala že se druhý den ozve ohledně náhradního termínu ale pokud paní nevyměni uklízečku nebo nezmění přístup tak ani nemáme zájem. Plno led pásek,u všech možnost nastavit si barvu jakou chcete, dostatek ručníků a prostěradel, sauna je v pohodě,spíše pro 1 než pro 2naraz, místnost celkově velká, sprcha dobře řešena hned vedle vířivky a postele, WC zvlášť taky by zasluhovalo vice dbát na čistotu a nemít smeteny bordel v rohu. The room is nicely furnished, the owner certainly has taste, but that's all. The room smelled of steaminess, but we gave it a chance and opened the windows, for 2400, - you still won't give up. But I have never seen such stinky water in the whirlpool !! I really don't take the argument that this is Ostrava water. It was a classic stench that is when the water stands for a long time. Although the website says that you can forgive the water yourself and fill it after asking how the water is drained, we were told that it is not possible. The advice to have fragrant oils there might work, but who wants to relax in the old water, most likely already used by someone, because the whirlpool was all greasy. Spoiled evening in almost 2 and a half. In the text message, the lady promised that she would contact the next day about the replacement date, but if the lady does not change the cleaning lady or change the approach, we are not interested either. Full of ice strips, all have the opportunity to set the color you want, plenty of towels and sheets, sauna is fine, for 1 rather than 2 at a time, the room is large, shower well designed next to the whirlpool and bed, separate toilet would also deserve more attention to clean and not to sweep the mess in the corner.
