★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud máte rádi klid tak toto opravdu není pro vás. Za 20tis korun na 9 dní vám tu budou nonstop vřískat děcka, štěkat něčí podvraťáci no když už náhodou nad ránem usnete tak v 7 ráno do zvonu začnou mlátit pambíčkáři a celá noční můra začíná znova. Opravdu nedoporučuji!!!
 If you like peace of mind then this really is not for you. For 20 thousand crowns for 9 days, your children will be screaming here non-stop, someone's subversives will be barking, but if you happen to fall asleep in the morning, the witnesses will start pounding the bell at 7 in the morning and the whole nightmare begins again. I really do not recommend !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une réceptionniste en or, nous sommes arrivé beaucoup plus tard que prévue, elle nous à attendu malgré l'heure de dépassement.
Un appartement pour 6 très spacieux, très jolie, avec en prime un sauna dans l'appartement qui après 12h de route fut très agréable.
Nous somme arrivés avec 3 gros véhicule, la réceptionniste c'est débrouiller pour réussir à nous libérer le maximum de place sur le petit parking de l'hôtel.
Je recommande vivement cette hôtel au visiteur de Ostrava !
A golden receptionist, we arrived much later than expected, she waited for us despite the overtime.
A very spacious, very pretty apartment for 6, with the added bonus of a sauna in the apartment which, after a 12-hour drive, was very pleasant.
We arrived with 3 large vehicles, the receptionist managed to free us up as much space as possible in the hotel's small car park.
I highly recommend this hotel to the visitor to Ostrava!
