The center and must go place in Prague. Everything happens here. Crowded but not too noisy. A lot of shops and restaurants mostly are more expensive but it's acceptable. There are many passages around with interesting hidden local shops to be discovered too. Our favorite meeting point is under the horse.

Whats there not to love about this square? Brilliant shops during the day and some delicious food stalls with the local cuisine on the middle of the square. Cheap as chips compared to other European capital destinations. Then at night you have some of the premium gentlemen clubs there. All the things mentioned you should experience yourself at least once in this great city. Beautiful buildings too with loads of artwork and monuments.

Beautiful square and have Christmas market/cultural market as they called it since Christmas markets were closed. Great good trucks!

Nice "square" in the center of Prague. Many shops and cafe around, great view to the museum and also when we visited there was some kind of fair in place. It should be the starting point for every tourist walk in the city!

The Václavské náměstí-square is the biggest in Europe. Initially was a horse market, but in time gained the shopping area. The Red Velvet Revolution and all Maine event which changed the life of the Czech people started here. The two metro station is almost equally in distance from each other. At the National museum is the Muzeum station and in the middle is the Mustek station. So all 3 metro can be reached. A B C line. Lots of shopping company and brands and lots hotels. The beauty is the Ambassador’s. The art nouveau shopping center at the corner with Na prikope worth to visit and in too of the building is a crown. The C&A, New Yorker, the Czech brand BATA Tiger ( danish brand) is all represented here. Near the Muzeum station, close to the McDonald’s restaurant , watch for the exchange rate, since they are not sincere with the rates showed and you’ll find that they stole you. Otherwise the square is very big and beautiful with lot of beautiful building. Neat the BATA store you can watch for the oldest pharmacy in function with nice furniture.

Beautiful place, the view from one end, the building at the end and the Christmas decorations make an amazing impression. Varied shops, boutiques and restaurants, the Christmas market is much less expensive that I feared, even tried some food there and it was great !

A really nice square, but was not too different to most city centres around Europe. There was a fair bit of construction work going on which did hamper the vibe a little bit. But overall it is a good place to visit, with many shops and attractions near by.
