I bought a hot tub a few years ago (April 2016). Total satisfaction with both the seller and the use. Even though the price of a hot tub is equal to the price of a new car, it was worth the money. For me, compared to the pool, the whirlpool is definitely the winner. Year-round use, easy maintenance of both water and product. Refill after 3 years of use: I'm still satisfied. After three years (April 2019) the only glitch on the hot tub, but I blame the fact that we use the whirlpool all year round and are in a location with very hard water. Repair (ordering a new piece over the phone at the dealer and replacing the heater by yourself) without a problem and lasted a weak hour. And we're waiting again :) After the three years, the cover is already beginning to tear, but if the whirlpool was under the roof, it would still hold, but I have it all year on the wind, rain, sun, snow, so a new one will be needed. I will share the experience with ordering a new cover again.

Unfortunately, a very bad service experience. I do not communicate when Mr. promised to call, did not call… and thus about 4 months show around.

We were surprised by the way of selling a whirlpool, which weighs 180 kg. I was told that when using the seller's transport, only 1 person will come with the whirlpool and that I have to get another 3 people to unload and place the whirlpool in the desired place and that the 1st free transport date is about 3 weeks. So we opted for our own transport. No documentation was delivered to the whirlpool, let alone in the Czech language. When putting the whirlpool into operation, we found a missing filter cartridge. On Tuesday, the seller told us that the documentation had been forgotten by our carrier when the hot tub was picked up by our carrier. They finally sent us the documentation in the Czech language and a very general and austere e-mail and sent the filter cartridge only after our telephone emergencies in a week. Although the whirlpool seems to be in order so far, we evaluate this method of sale by the seller and communication with the customer as unprofessional. We expect that when I buy a thing that costs over 100 thousand. and weighs more than 180 kg, it will make the approach much better and the service of the seller more sophisticated.
