Původně jsem hledal vinylové podlahy a byl jsem příjemně překvapen, když jsem zjistil, že se zde dá za srovnatelnou cenu pořídit masiv. Ja nepoptaval nikde jinde jen u nich, ale totalni arogance, slibeno že se me ozve jejich pokladac do konce tydne a to bylo v utery , a ani pristi tyden se me nikdo neozval a kdyz jsem pak volal že cekam na jejich telefon abych mohl domluvit pokladani tak arogantni jednani jak delnika kdy byl nekde pryc a pak jednani majitelky, sel bych blejt. Berte tuhle prodejnu oklikou , tohle za to fakt nestoji!!! I have my own experience and I fully agree with mecna mine. I did not ask anywhere else just for them, but total arrogance, promised to hear their treasurer by the end of the week and it was on Tuesday, and next week no one asked me and then I called that I wait on their phone to arrange treasury so arrogant acting as a worker ever been away somewhere and then the owner, I would be blejt. Take this store by detention, this is not really worth it !!!

K	Káča Beránková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U me naprosta spokojenost. Nastesti jsem se nenechala odradit jednou spatnou recenzi a dobre jsem udelala. Uz v prodejne me nadchnul vyber, maji tam nadherny podlahy. Nakonec jsem se vybrala drevenou podlahu s potiskem jak na starych bednach a je bombova. Montaz delal moc mily a vtipny pan se synem a z byla jsem nadsena z provedeni detailu. Vymyslela jsem si jeste oblozit potistenyma prknama parapety a dopadlo to skvele. ja teda muzu jen doporucit !!! For me total satisfaction. Fortunately, I was not discouraged by one bad review and I did well. Already in the store I was excited to choose, they have beautiful floors. Finally, I chose a wooden floor imprinted on old boxes and is bomb. Montaz did very nice and funny Mr. with son and I was excited about the detail. I made up the paneling of the sill boards and it turned out great. I can only recommend !!!

Když jsem zaslala poptávku s tím, zboží poptávám i jinde, abych mohla porovnat ceny, stala jsem se pro ně neseriózním zákazníkem, který tlačí na cenu a přestali se mnou komunikovat - zde cituji jednatele firmy v reakci na můj feedback k jejich chování, kdy vůbec nereagovali na emaily ani telefonické urgence. Opravdu si někdo myslí, že si zákazník před zakoupením zboží neporovná ceny? Škoda. The floor studio has a very good offer and decent prices. Unfortunately, they have no idea about customer service. When I sent a request with it, I demand goods elsewhere to compare prices, I became a serious customer for them, pushing for price and stop communicating with me - here I quote the company executive in response to my feedback on their behavior when ever did not respond to emails or phone calls. Does anyone really think that the customer will not compare prices before purchasing the goods? Damage.
K	Kateřina Foktová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rekonstruji byt a už jsem zvyklá na ledaco, kdo zažil, ví o čem mluvím …ale to, že možné mít příjemné lidi v prodejně, znalé věci, seriozní a se zájmem o zákazníka, to že mohou někde i dodržovat termíny mě úplně šokovalo. To opravdu není časté a proto jsem se rozhodla touto cestou hodně moc poděkovat všem pracovníkům podlahového studia Timberpoint. Budu Vás všude doporučovat !
