★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obrovské zklamání a rozčarování nad neochotou cokoliv řešit. Mám jejich dřevěné svatební album, velmi drahé, mimochodem.
Je krásné, dokud do něj nenalepíte fotky, potom se nedá zavřít, takže je k ničemu. Dřevěné desky se nedají přitlačit k sobě, zlomily by se. Vyhozené peníze!
Huge disappointment and disappointment at the reluctance to deal with anything. I have their wooden wedding album, very expensive, by the way.
It's beautiful until you put photos in it, then it can't be closed, so it's useless. Wooden boards cannot be pressed together, they would break. Thrown out money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V říjnu 2019 jsem si objednala obrázek k vánocům. Uběhlo pár týdnů a stále se nic nedělo , telefon nikdo nezvedal a na emaily nikdo neodepisoval. Týden před vánocemi se mi podařilo do firmy dovolat a byla jsem ujištěna, že dárek do vánoc budu mít. Bohužel se tak nestalo a moc mě to mrzelo. Dárku jsem se dočkala až v únoru. Jejich stálé slibování......? od nich už nikdy více??
In October 2019, I ordered a picture for Christmas. A few weeks passed and still nothing happened, no one answered the phone and no one wrote down the emails. A week before Christmas, I managed to call the company and I was assured that I would have a gift for Christmas. Unfortunately, this did not happen and I was very sorry. I didn't receive the gift until February. Their constant promise ...... ? from them never again??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auftrag mit Bestätigung durch woodener abgebrochen. Rückvergütung wurde versprochen jedoch nicht geleistet. Auf Mails und Nachrichten in social Media wird nicht mehr reagiert.
Vorgang liegt nunmehr beim Inkasso-Büro. Schade das es soweit wegen 50 Euro kommen muss.
Order canceled with confirmation by woodener. Refund was promised but not paid. There is no longer any response to e-mails and messages on social media.
The process is now up to the debt collection agency. It's a shame that it has to come as far as 50 euros.
