 The description states 68x68 cm, because of that I also bought it. But the size is barely 55 cm. Plus a terrible hard material

30.04.2021 nic neříkající email s rádoby omluvou, že je zásilka zpožděna. Bez jakékoliv informace o termínu dodání. Na stížnost jsem obdržel odpověď (viz. foto níže). Opět nic neříkající výmluvy typu "Datum doručení přesně uvést nikdy nemůžeme, jelikož nevíme, jak rychle dodavatel zboží vyexpeduje a poté jak rychle kurýrní služba dokáže zpracovat."... To opravdu provozujete e-shop a dokážete použít takovéto vysvětlení? U služby jakou provozujete je toto ta nejdůležitější informace!! I po zpoždění zásilky nemáte opět žádné info o termínu dodání? To si ze mě děláte doufám jen legraci... Uvádíte zákazníky v OMYL!!! Rozhodně NEDOPORUČUJI bohužel...

04/30/2021 email saying nothing with a wish that the shipment is delayed Without any information about the delivery date. I received a reply to the complaint (see photo below). Again, we can never give an exact excuse like "Delivery date, because we don't know how fast the supplier will ship the goods and then how fast the courier service can process." For the service you operate, this is the most important information !! Even after the delay of the shipment, do you not have any info about the delivery date again? I'm just making fun of me ... You're introducing customers to OMYL !!! Definitely I DO NOT RECOMMEND ...
