Not a fan, although you can get original xiaomi parts, they require you to go through diagnostics (which last 1-2 days) in order to get 3 months guarantee, otherwise you won't get it. Not a lot of people are prepared to leave their phone for that amount of time.

I would highly recommend avoiding this store. I purchased a M365 scooter from here and this is what happened. After purchasing the scooter I replaced the rear wheel with a tubeless tire since the tire with the tube kept going flat, this was very annoying especially since the store does not stock replacement tubes. Recently the scooter would ride fine but after some riding and I would turn it off it would not turn back on unless I plugged it into the power supply. I took the scooter to the store and explained the issue, the stupid fat pink headed woman (that looks like an ugly man) explained that it was broken because of the tubeless tire on the back and that also voids my warranty. I explained that the rear tire has no impact on the electrical systems and that this is not what is causing the issue. She then said well nonetheless if I want it fixed I will have to pay 1000czk to get it fixed. I paid the money and collected my scooter a few days later. The very next time I rode the scooter the same issue happened again. Basically like the store did nothing (which is probably true). I emailed the store explaining that the issue is persisting and they said well yes its because of the tubeless tire and that I have voided the warranty (this was from the manager Jiri something). I asked Jiri to please provide some proof that changing the rear tire voids the warranty and asked how the rear tire affects the electrical system. Jiri, did not respond. I called other stores in Prague that sell the scooter such as mall.cz and Alza and asked them if changing the rear tire to a tubeless unit affects the warranty, their answers were all no. Jiri never responded to my email and finally after doing additional research I found a post online saying that changing the firmware of the scooter to 1.07 will correct the exact issue I was experiencing with my scooter. I kindly let Jiri know that I got the issue corrected and it had nothing to do with the tire and also that he should do more research and hire more qualified staff before taking customers money and providing them with false claims about the warranty being voided. This store is a SCAM, the front desk lady is rude and low class, the business manager lacks integrity and is just trying to make a quick buck, take your business elsewhere and save yourself a headache.

On their website they promise a screen replacement in 30 minutes. The friendly receptionist said 40 minutes. The actual time was 90 minutes, and furthermore afterwards I cant really use the phone for 10 hours. Please tell the truth on your website!
