Bohužel, když jsem v daný den přišla a ohlásila své jméno, bylo jasné, že paní prodavačka zapomněla kytku připravit. Nejprve se mi snažila vnutit kytku, kterou měla vystavenou v obchodě. Po nějakých dohadech paní prodavačka našla mou objednávku a bylo jasné, že ji vidí poprvé v životě. Poté se přiznala, že na květinu zapomněla. Nakonec jsem byla nucena vzít si květinu, která se k dané situaci příliš nehodila a nesplňovala mé požadavky. Ani sleva 50kč mi náladu nezlepšila. V tomto květinářství mě s většími objednávkami už neuvidí. I needed a beautiful bouquet for graduation. I ordered it a week in advance and I was assured by the saleswoman that the bouquet would definitely be ready. Unfortunately, when I arrived that day and announced my name, it was clear that the saleswoman had forgotten to prepare the flower. At first she tried to force the flower she had on display in the store. After some speculation, the saleswoman found my order and it was clear that she was seeing it for the first time in her life. Then she admitted that she had forgotten about the flower. In the end, I was forced to take a flower that was not very suitable for the situation and did not meet my requirements. Even a discount of 50 CZK did not improve my mood. In this florist, they will no longer see me with larger orders.

Priste zvolim jine kvetinarstvi, kde si zakazniku vazi. Bad experience for me. The seller does not greet, I do not thank you for your purchase. I felt like I was bothering them. Next I will choose other florists where the customer is interested.

Květiny mají čerstvé, krásně a originálně uvázané, prodejnu čistou a květinářky moc milé a šikovné. Pokud by tomu tak skutečně nebylo, nesvěřila bych jim do péče květinovou výzdobu své vlastní svatby, která dopadla naprosto neskutečně, ostatně, můžete se přesvědčit na fotkách. Three generations of our family shop at this florist and we are all extremely satisfied. The flowers are fresh, beautifully and originally tied, the shop is clean and the florists are very nice and handy. If this was not the case, I would not entrust them with the care of the floral decoration of my own wedding, which turned out to be absolutely unreal, after all, you can see in the photos.
