So I have never experienced such behavior. I wanted to order to the salon for cutting and dyeing. The lady told me that due to henna staining, it is necessary to take a test, for which we immediately agreed on a date. I told her before that I wanted a haircut as soon as possible for the wedding and that I would try elsewhere. Within a few hours, I called her back with an apology that I would like to cancel it because I found an earlier date elsewhere. I didn't even have to give it any reason, canceling the deadline is a perfectly legitimate thing, if it's well in advance, which this was. But in another hairdresser's, I found out a week later that they made a mistake in the order, so I don't have a deadline. I thought in vain that I would do my best to rejoin this hairdresser, even though it should be a long time. Since I could not call her, I wrote her a message with what I wanted to order and with a request to call an appointment. But when she told me that she wouldn't order me because I canceled the test deadline and that I had been ordered elsewhere, I was pretty good at it. I wrote her that I didn't have a deadline elsewhere due to a mistake and that I apologized for the deadline the same day I booked and also told her in advance. Until my next message, if she didn't order me for it, she replied that I should order elsewhere and not bother her on vacation. Extremely unprofessional childish hijacking behavior. I'm very disappointed with that. Instead of being glad I chose her, she behaved in a terrible way, as if one cancellation 10 days in advance and a few hours after ordering were comparable to if I hadn't arrived on time. Otherwise, if we health professionals were so extremely intolerant of patients, in a while most people would have nowhere to go, just to think.

I ordered Alex based on a review and it was definitely a hit! She won't cut an extra inch without permission., I'm very happy with the new hairstyle, even with the cosmetics that the lady in the salon uses, because she meets my ethical standards. :-)
