★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered (# of order PQRSQF) a large wardrobe at the beginning of June 2021 and after several failed attempts from their side (they messed up the delivery of necessary parts two times) I got everything only at the end of summer and was able to assemple it. After each failed attempt they told me that missing parts would be delivered after 2 weeks! Not within a couple of days, but after 2 weeks! I even had to postpone my summer vacation for the second attempt of delivery. And guess what, it failed and it all was for nothing! I just lost money and time by staying longer in Prague. Delivery service is truly terrible and it's surprising because it is not cheap at all. And I would say customer support is terrible as well because I wasn't ever suggested any discount/promo code or whatever. The only guy who appologized to me was the guy from the store who sold me the item and I never had any complaints towards him, actually, he was very polite and did his part of the job amazingly. And the furniture itself is also good by the way. My complaint is only about a customer service which is nonexistent it seems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful expérience. To buy a bed, a. Hair or whatever, you must go through information, cashdesk and them delivery. The information is always fully busy and you must wait there in line ... No number picking ... If you leave you loose your place in the queue ... After more than 30 minutes of waiting we finally spoke with the employee and were informed that the goods we wanted to buy could not be delivered before three months. They could not.delivwr as well from other shops in Prague ... So we lost 4 hours for nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an extremely simple question that 4 employees were unable to answer. OK, that can happen. What is unacceptable is to treat us in such a way that we may not come back to this shop anymore.
Some people forget that foreigners are customers as well and not just problems to be solved.
In any case, you will not solve it by screaming, rolling your eyes or displaying gestures of disgust.
Ridiculous behaviour considering IKEA is just a few meters away. We will think better next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our clerk (Mr. Kerda) was very polite and helpful. He assisted us in navigating the store and explained what we need to place an order. The whole process was very smooth and pleasant. Good product, great service and a reasonable price. Can't recommend enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by this large and comfortable furniture store, when we were at the Černý Most shopping center (which rocks as well) and we walked all throughout, looking at all the different pieces of home furnishings, kitchen cabinets, and accent pieces. Lots of great ideas, for our place back in Canada. We found some pretty funky lights (modern designs that we didn't see back home) but since the voltages are different, we couldn't buy them.
One of the coolest items that caught our attention, was an induction range, that had a wok shaped bowl/indentation in it, so that the wok sits safely within ... nifty and smart.
If you wanna see some different furnishing ideas, and you're in the area, stop by. You won't regret it.
