★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemná obsluha ale co si budeme, moc věcí na malém prostoru + hodně lidí dělá neplechu... Posledně se dokonce z ceny za 89,-. A pokladně stalo 150,- jelikož to za 89,- bylo v dóze a to tam už nebylo, trošku by to chtělo maknout i na komunikaci!!! Docela mě to rozhodilo když mi řekli skoro jednou tolik za to co tam mělo být, nebylo a já měl za to že ta cena je za dozu a nikoliv za něco jiného!

And the box office became 150, - because it was 89, - it was in a jar and it wasn't there anymore, it would be a bit of a job to communicate !!! Quite it decided me when they told me almost once so much for what was supposed to be there was not and I thought that the price is behind dozu and not for anything else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teď koukám na účtenku. Kupovali jsme velká dvě lízátka dohromady za 180 Kč a přání za 180 Kč. Máme účtováno tři přání a ani jedna lízátko. Takže 180 korun jsme platili navíc. Účtenku si schovám a pokud mi příště nevrátí, tak svoje hodnocení neměníme.
A ani prodavačka neuměla zabučet.
Chápu, že jsem tam nejela hned, ale nemáme to opravdu za rohem. Naštěstí mi paní vedoucí uvěřila a peníze byly vráceny. Za to moc děkuji ?
I'm looking at the receipt now. We bought two big lollipops together for 180 CZK and a wish for 180 CZK. We are charged three wishes and not a single lollipop. So we paid an extra 180 crowns. I will keep the receipt and if we do not return it to me next time, we will not change our rating.
And even the saleswoman couldn't knock.
I understand I didn't go there right away, but we don't really have it around the corner. Fortunately, the manager believed me and the money was returned. Thank you very much for that ?
